My first sake, Jyoshinin Kuheiji.
First sake from Aichi Prefecture.
I got it with a reservation and finally got to drink it 🎵!
The slightest hint of nigori (lightly muddled) and the gorgeous aroma raised my expectations, the mouthfeel was fresh and gassy, sweet but crisp, and it was easy to drink, so the glass was empty in no time.
I think I understand why so many people say this is delicious🎵.

You can drink it without hesitation.
