First Risshun Morning Pressing❗
At first I was going to reserve the other sake at my local liquor store, but I gave up due to the reservation deadline. I bought it because there was a reservation at Hasegawa Shuten's online shop🎵.
As expected from Senkou.
It's fruity, fresh, sweet and tasty, with a nice tangy gas feeling on the tongue 🎵.
The bitterness remains a little and disappears quickly😅.
Today I paired it with a vegetable salad with fried chicken and crabmeat added, it doesn't get in the way so the glass empties quickly wow!
