I finally got it open ⤴️.
I still have some Daishichi left, but I've opened it🎵.
The foaming was so great that I almost overflowed yesterday and gave up halfway through 😢️⤵️⤵️.
I had to let it settle for a day and then slowly open the bottle.
I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.
The aroma was lactic acid like yogurt? The aroma was lactic acid, like yogurt, with some freshness like green apples.
As for the taste, as others have said, it's not too sweet. The taste is not as sweet as others have said, but the thick tailings and bubbles make it pleasant 😄.
The best sake in the world!
