Sparkling sake with red yeast 🍶.
I was curious about it since it was introduced in a video by Sakelabo🎵.
Mouthfeel like a sparkling rosé wine🍷.
It has sweetness, but it also has a strong acidity and bitterness, so I thought it would be good as an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink 🎵.
