Surprisingly yellow. Apple-like flavor and acidity on the palate. The mouthfeel is shiny and mineral-like. There is also a little bit of a rough-hewn astringency, The rice flavor can be felt well. You should drink it before you get drunk. Taste: 3/5

Kamonishiki Niifuda Sake Bizenomachi Led by young master brewer Yuichi Tanaka, the company began taking on new challenges while learning sake brewing on his own. One of the fruits of his efforts is the new brand "Nifusake" (荷札酒), which was born in 2015.     All are junmai daiginjos, with information on the rice used, rice polishing ratio, yeast, etc., on the labels in the style of a pack tag. Kamo City is known as the "Little Kyoto of Hokuetsu," from which the name "Nishiki" for sake is said to have come.

Ordered for the same reason as the previous post. It's so refreshing and easy to drink, and I love the way it makes the drink go down! I think this one might be better for seafood than the sweeter one I just had.

I wanted a sake I'd never had before, so I ordered it. Slightly sweet with a slight effervescence, but goes well with raw oysters. My vocabulary is not very good, but it's really good!

Little aromatic, watery sensation. Slightly bitter taste in the mouth It was a refreshing taste. ☺️ Toppings: liver, bonito sashimi, hokke sashimi, tsukune (skewer of white liver)
