Led by young master brewer Yuichi Tanaka, the company began taking on new challenges while learning sake brewing on his own. One of the fruits of his efforts is the new brand "Nifusake" (荷札酒), which was born in 2015.

It's so refreshing and easy to drink, and I love the way it makes the drink go down!
I think this one might be better for seafood than the sweeter one I just had. かおすI wanted a sake I'd never had before, so I ordered it.
Slightly sweet with a slight effervescence, but goes well with raw oysters.
