This is the one I buy every year! I got it again this year without a hitch!
I got Hououmida Hatsu Shibori Unfiltered Hon Nama Junmai Ginjo-shu Nama-shu.
The aroma is very fruity like muscat, which is typical of Hououmida, and the ginjo aroma is very vibrant 🎵.
In the mouth, the mellow sweetness fills the mouth, and then it quickly breaks off with the bitterness that comes out towards the end of the bottle.
It's delicious!
I look forward to this one every year❗❗❗
