We received a bottle of Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Yellow Label.
The standing aroma is a very gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. The aroma is fruity and pineapple-like.
In the mouth, the dark, sweet flavor pushes in quickly, with astringent bitterness at the end and a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a zing.
This is delicious!
It is truly juicy and sweet! But there are no corners to the umami sweetness, and it is very mild.
This was my first yellow label and I'm glad I got a bottle 😊.
I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sweet and juicy 😊.

I made my debut with another Tsuchiya brewery's Akanesasu and it was very good, so I hope to meet Kame no Kai someday 😊.
