I saw a drama called "Arabashiri" and thought
I was like, "Oh, even sake is personified 😅.
The content of the drama was not so good.
Now that I thought about it, I realized that I haven't drank much Kanpokuto Junmai Ginjo.
I bought it because it's only released once a year, which was very tempting.
It's fresh and has a nice sharpness.
I was surprised at how good it tasted👍.

Nanamizu after a long time
It seems to be made from 100% Yumesasara (out of quality rice).
It's called "active nigori", but it's not.
Well, I opened the bottle without hesitation.
It's light and shwashy.
Aroma is like pear 😆.
