I've been curious about it for a long time but kept putting it off 😅 Okutanba I bought some spring sake. I asked the shopkeeper about it. She said, "It's a really well-made spring sake that goes well with food and is also delicious on its own. The aroma is unobtrusive yet fruity. A refreshing green apple flavor. Delicious sake with no clinginess at all! It's really good 😆.

I used Jukinmu from Kangiku. I bought it because it seems to be the newest one 😁. The gasiness is fantastic ✨👍. Despite the gorgeous aroma Despite the gorgeous aroma, it is not too sweet for a Kangiku. It's like it's just going to go straight to the top. Not like a chrysanthemum in a good way 😆. Delicious!
