It's starting to feel a little more like fall these days... 🍂. If you want to go back to your roots, you should drink local sake. That's why... we're opening it again this year: ‼️ Autumn Sake from my hometown, Kamogane When opened, the aroma is not that strong and does not change much when poured into a glass 🤔. It has a slight ginjo aroma 🍎🍐🍇 like fruity ✨.... ...sip from ❗️ Slightly bitter with a sweetness that leads to a slight juiciness, and a not too bad aftertaste with a sense of balance 👌. However, it is a bit of a surprise that it was brewed in the spring, stored and matured in the fall, and therefore (?) has a very unique hiya-iroki taste. However, since it is made and stored in spring and matured in autumn, it lacks a little of the freshness that comes from the heat treatment 😅. It's a taste that doesn't disturb you before, during or after a meal (maybe not with dark meats) 👍 Drinking a small amount of this while eating grilled salt fish might be the best combination 🤣. I'm looking forward to drinking Kamogane's "Suru Suru Gentle Heated Sake" again this year when the weather gets colder 😏. That sake is the one thing I can't miss every year: ‼️ It will completely change your image of heated sake 😁.

For weekend drinking at home... I will open a bottle of Asahi🌅 from my personal Hall of Fame brand Jikin😁. Actually, I've had a lot of Jikin, but this Asahi is the first time for me 😅. So...with high expectations✨ Open it ......? The aroma doesn't seem that strong... 💧. I've drunk many different kinds of sake, including Omachi, Hachitan, Yamadanishiki, Sake Mirai... but none of them had the same aroma as "this is it! I drank many of them, but all of them had "Jikin" aroma...but I wonder if Asahi is more reserved ❓😓. The aroma is not so strong when poured into a glass 🤔. I'm going to take a sip 😏.... Here it is... ‼️ Among the many Jikin, it has a softer flavor with less assertiveness...it's like it's something else 🥰. A moderate apple-like taste 👌. The quality of the sake is clean and doesn't interfere with the flavor of the food itself ✨. And yet, the aftertaste and sharpness that disappears soooo quickly is unstoppably delicious 😍. Jikin has always been my favorite brand, but this Asahi is something else. 🙂‍↕️ I have an image that it is generally gorgeous and has a strong aroma and sweet taste, but Asahi has a feeling of elegant taste with a refreshing finish 😋. After all, Jikin... is delicious ......🤤 Day 2: 🗒️ The sweetness and umami that is typical of Jikin has skyrocketed ⏫. The first day was calm and refreshing on the first day, but it changed drastically on the second day 🥰. Hats off to you ✨!

Yesterday's Shirohong was unexpectedly not to my liking... and it's Thursday, but not enough 😭. Then there will only be the earliest opening of the bottle! I'm not sure how I'm going to do it 🤭. I told myself (I'm weak in greed 😓)...I'll open it ❗️ lol Well, today is the first time to open a bottle of Tobirai Kugu from Tobirairai's lineup 🍶. I was shocked by Tobiraira's Natsunama when I drank it in Tokyo last month... I bought it immediately at the liquor store with high expectations because it has the same No.77 yeast 🤭. When I opened the bottle... the aroma made me grin ✨. Pouring it into the glass, the aroma is just like an apple, because of the malic acid yeast 🥰.... Let's have it right away 😋. The moment it hits the palate, it has a rich apple acidity, but strangely, it's not hard to drink 🤔. I feel the same line of taste as Natsunama, but this 💁 has more sourness and less sweetness. However, although it is made with Yamahai, it does not have any peculiar peculiarities and is well-balanced and easy to drink 👌. If you are not good at drinking sake, you may feel a little bit of alcohol or sake-like sensation 💧. The taste is similar to that of Kamogane's Reic acid. 🙂‍↕️ Day 2🗒️ I think the richness of the wine has calmed down from the first day❓ It is a taste that can be clearly divided into likes and dislikes 🤔.

It was raining ☔ from this morning... 😰. I feel tired just going to work 😭 Well, I'll forget such fatigue by drinking 😁. Today I'm going to drink some local sake 🍶. So...I'm going to open a bottle of Shirakoh Tokujun, which I had a while ago and it was delicious ✨. I had a 4-stage brewed sweet and tasty sake that I liked, and I thought it must be one of the best Hakko's 🤔. I thought I'd try the standard first! I was thinking 🙂‍↕️ Well, first of all, the aroma....hmmm....not there! No 😨. The first sip from the first sip is no matter how you look at it, it has the spiciness of a food sake... but you can feel a little bit of a kick 🫧. But after that, the taste from the middle to the end of the sip is indescribably blank... or is it? It's like a blank space. I've never felt this kind of aftertaste 🤔. I don't know... not enough or unbalanced 😅 All in all... subtle 😓. If I were to buy the same 300ml or so sake, I would definitely buy Kamogane's special pure green label or Gotohashi's Junmai Nama 👌 Day 2: 🗒️ The second day since I had some left over... but no change in taste! Hmmm, no repeat for this taste 😭

The mornings and evenings are starting to feel more like autumn 🌃 It's the time for hiyaoroshi and autumn harvest. ☺️ Well, tonight...I opened a bottle of Senkori Senko-hanabi 🎇 yesterday and it was so delicious that it was gone in no time, so I'm going to have a second bottle 😏. This is 💁Autumn breeze 🍂 from my favorite, Ko no Tsukasa, Aichi Prefecture. When you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma of matured apple or pear 🤔. When you take a sip, you can taste the matured rich sweetness, then the umami that comes slowly. ...but I wonder... 💧. It's a little peculiar, like it doesn't have any character 😅. It's not at the level of "I can't stop" like the sparkler I was drinking earlier 😭. I thought I'd try it in the fall too 😞 because it tasted so good in the spring and summer. But I'm hoping for a change in taste, so I'll see you tomorrow ❗️ Day 2: 🗒️ Hmmm... 😟. I still feel the same aged taste.... but the miscellaneous taste has increased and I can feel the bitterness in the aftertaste 😭. It's still very hot and humid here tonight 💁. Senkou's Senkohanabi 🎇...the "back" one 😁. I drank the normal type last year...but the "back" is the first one that came out this year 🤔. So let's open it now ✨ I poured it into a glass...I don't think the aroma is that strong ❓ Then I take a sip 😋. Oh, ... this is 😳 Compared to "Kabutomushi" which is from the same family of summer sake, the lemon acidity is gentler here and the sweetness has increased, making it a different taste! Shocking taste 🥰. And here....the fun part of the ogara-mi is stirring 😁.... Kita koreaーーーー・:*+. \(( °ω° ))/. :+. That would be... delicious 😋. The slightly sweet taste of lemon water🍋 is running around in my mouth🤭. My wife says it has a slightly bitter aftertaste... but I think it's perfectly balanced and delicious 👌 After all, Sentori does not disappoint. ❗️ For my personal taste, I prefer the back side, sparkling fireworks, to the front side 😊. Day 2🗒️ The first day was also impressive 😋... but Sentori goes beyond that 🤩. The sweetness and refreshing acidity (So_1F34B↩) further evolved into a taste that blows away the lingering summer heat. ❗️ I can't get enough 🤤.

It's September... and summer is in full swing: ☀️ It seems that this unusual high temperature is no longer an anomaly, but a normal temperature that always happens every year... 🥵. So, before we dry out, don't we drinkers need to make sure we have a good supply of al 🍶? 🤭 Well, tonight we opened a bottle of Ohibai Macho💪 Masked Man🍶. I've been hooked on Macho since my first drink... but I can't find anything better than that gorilla🦍😭, so I'm going to drink Macho to the hilt😏. The aroma is a bit apple-like... but not too strong 🤔. Pouring it into the glass, it's not too strong..................................first sip! The moment I take a sip, there is a sweetness and a bit of bitterness at the same time + a unique Macho juiciness 🫧... but I think there is a bit too much of a tangy taste due to the low milled rice 🌾. I think there is a little bit of a tangy taste......but the sharpness is first 🙆🙆. The overall finish is one of my personal favorites 😆. ......‼️ still not over the gorilla 😅 I think I made a mistake in a sense when I drank from Gorilla as my first macho drink 😅 lol I guess I ended up with a monkey🐒 origin, which is the origin of human beings. ⁉️ Anyway...looking forward to tomorrow's taste change✨ ps. I recommend THE MOON to you by far among all the restaurants I've tried recently 👌👌. Day 2: 🗒️ I feel like the flavor has increased slightly ⤴️... but the alu feeling has increased and may be more subtle 😭

Today, I started working early in the morning to help my daughters with their school festival💦. It was still hot during the daytime... but I worked hard and put my heart and soul into it 💪. Well, no one praised me for such hard work...so I rewarded myself and hydrated myself (alcohol) 🤭. (alcohol) replenishment 🤭 lol This is 💁, a bottle of "Dragonfly" by Wakanami Shuzo 🍶. My junior bought it for me during the Bon holidays 😁. The aroma is apple ❓....moderately fruity 🤔. The first sip... while it's fire-roasted, it has a slight sizzling sensation mixed with umami and sweetness... it's quite tasty 🥰. I personally like this flavor because it has less bitterness, which I don't like, and it has a nice sharpness. ⭕️ The fact that it is a special junmai sake and the price is affordable🙆🙆 I have high hopes for tomorrow's flavor change 🥰. Day 2🗒️ I wonder if the flavor is up⤴️❓ But...a little bit more peculiar aftertaste than yesterday? I think it's a little bit more 🤔. Personally I prefer the first day 👌

Weekends are always a bit of a buzz ✨. But the summer heat still hasn't settled in during the day, so I'm craving a fizzy, bubbly sake 🤤. Well, today...I opened the first bottle of "Oku" which I had been curious about the label 🏷️ for a while but hadn't been able to buy it yet🍶. The bottle label also has a stylish moon 🌙. I'm excited from the description that it's slightly sparkling 🤣. Then, let's get right to it....oooooh open 🍾...what is that? What's that? It doesn't seem to have such a strong aroma 💧. But I felt more like grape🍇❓ than pear🍐 as the description says🤔. So, I'm going to try the top clear first 🙋. Oh! This is a Fatty grape that's a bit drier 🍇. It's similar to Takachiyo's grape... a taste that will leave you wanting more. Next, stir and voila! Yes, here it is... the stable and delicious one. The flavor and bubbles have become stronger... and even more drinkable 👌 There is a bit of bitterness and alcohol in the aftertaste, but it's not to the point where it bothers me. If I were to write my personal favorite "tight" type from the dry type... Machida > Oku THE MOON > Takachiyo... ❗️ If you like Hiragana Takachiyo, I think it is definitely delicious 😁. Day 2🗒️ Steady juwa deliciousness 😋! I hope to buy this series next time 🤣.

Before you know it, it's the second half of August... 😨. I thought it was so hot every day, but it seems to go by so fast... 😓. I hope it will start to turn into autumn soon 😢. Well, today... we opened a bottle of Sakurabana (old label) 🌸 from our favorite 🤩 Hanaka Shuzo, which is a standard series 🌸🍶. However...this is the first time I've opened the old label 😆. First of all, when you open the bottle, the aroma is sweet and fruity ginjo ✨I wonder what the aroma is close to 🤔. Cherry blossoms, so cherry 🍒? Sorry, my sense of smell is a little too good to judge 💧. I'm sorry, but I can't quite determine it 💧...the sweetness and umami come right away, then some bitterness...and then complexity 🤔. This one is 💁 quite separated from the new label Sakurabana: ❗️ This old label is clad in a clean and beautiful taste while keeping the traditional sake feel 🤔 Moreover, it is cosier 🙆🙆. The new label we drank before has a refreshing 🫧 taste that is reminiscent of the San-Do series 😍(the label also has a San-Do-like pattern). All in all... the following impression is a brief summary of Hana no Kaka Shuzo's lineup: ‼️ If you are looking for a lightness like Champagne 🍾, I recommend the new label Sakurabana and the Sanchi series 👌. If you want to enjoy the original flavor and sweetness of sake, this 💁 is the Hana-no-Kou series 🤣.

Well, here we are today 💁. Gifu's Kozaemon after a long time 😁. I had a taste of Kozaemon sake before and thought it was a beautiful and delicious sake... I wasn't planning on repeating it that much 😅. But a friend of mine said it was delicious... so I ordered it and got it 🤭 lol So let's open the bottle: ❗️✨ It smells like pear🍐? I think it smells like pear🍐. The moderate aroma that you can feel even more when you pour it into a glass makes you smile: ☺️ And now, here we go! First sip... Sweet and tasty with a hint of pear 🍐 and a hint of piquancy 😍. I think it's sweet and tasty, then weakly pungent and bitter, with a nice lingering sharpness. Certainly... this is a different flavor from the Kozaemon I've had in the past 🤔. It's a different line of flavor from the Isobojimon I opened yesterday, and this one is more for before or after a meal 😋. If I were to drink it during a meal, it would be a sashimi type... ❓ Let's hope for a change of taste tomorrow 😁. Day 2: 🗒️ I wonder if the taste has changed that much? 🤔 It was a steady taste 😋.

The week after the holidays has been too hard on my body and mind 😂To relieve such fatigue, I bought a bottle of "Isojiman" which won the first prize in the Junmai category of this year's salmon competition 😍. Isojiman is so rare in Hiroshima that you can't find it anywhere. I'm opening a bottle now 🍶. The aroma is not that strong 🤔. I guess 🤔. When poured into a glass, it tastes like fruity melon🍈 or pineapple🍈. Pineapple? A moderate aroma like pineapple 👌. When you take a sip, the balance between umami and spiciness makes it a perfect food wine 🤔. The spiciness in the first half and the sharpness of the aftertaste make it easy to match with any food. ⭕️ It's more like... you should drink it with food 😓. I'm drinking it by itself, but it may taste a little like a square of sake. It's just my personal opinion, but I prefer the special junmai from Ohbai that I had a while ago 😅. By the way, that sake was excellent cosmetically (see previous reviews for details) ✨. I like dry sake as well, but I'm still concerned about the cosiness... 😢. If I were to drink it as a food sake...I would have to say Hakurakusei, Hokusetsu and Kamerei (just my personal opinion...). However, I can't drink Isoboast very often, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow's taste change✨. Day 2: 🗒️ No change in taste...it's a stable food sake 🤔. Hmmm, no repeat for this one personally 😓.

It's been hot again today 🥵. I'm in the mood for something light and refreshing ✨. Oh, by the way...I just remembered that there was a sparkling 🫧 Kamishin, the best in Okayama prefecture, that I got at a certain 酒屋🍶 the other day lol🤭. It's actually my first time drinking this 💁... but the label says "Best Gold Award 🥇 at the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award 2021"... well, it was a while ago, but it's promising 🤔 I realized... It was in our house 😅 I'm sorry for the long preamble but..., When I opened the bottle 🍶...what? Not so much aroma 😅 Pouring it into a glass, I don't feel it that much... but when I take a sip... Oh! This is a slightly carbonated apple juice 🧃. At 5.5% alcohol by volume, it's as easy to drink as a chuhai or sour... 🥰. If you don't like high alcohol sake or want a sweet cocktail-like sake, this is a great choice. ‼️👌👌 The highest gold award is understandable 😀. Although it is a neighboring prefecture...Okayama is still unknown to me, so I will keep reporting on Okayama sake 🤭! Day 2: 🗒️ The first day's sizzling sensation has decreased... but the taste is more umami ⤴️ + more acidity ⤴️ 😍. This is a good thing, but given the name of the sake, it might be better to finish it on the first day🙆.

I was too lazy to continue drinking the sake, so I held back and stopped 😅. However...I was a little short on sake, so I bought some sake that I usually can't buy in Hiroshima...but bought in Tokyo🗼 when I went back home 😁. It just arrived via Yamato 🐈‍⬛ and I was itching to get it lol. I really wanted to get a bottle of Kankoubai Junginbai Yamadanishiki 50, which won first place in the Junmai Ginjo category at this year's Sake Competition 👑, beating out Jikin... but the time of the year? I couldn't buy it, so I bought a sake from the same brewery anyway 🍶. And here is the first bottle opened 💁. It's called TORECE13 from Kanbongbai 🤣. The aroma is a moderately fruity ginjo aroma, and when you sip it, it has a sweet and umami taste with a slight bitterness... or not 🤔. It is a hi-iru sake, but you can feel a slight juiciness. It has a good balance and if you have a meal that is not too rich, it may not interfere with the taste as a food sake 👌 I'm curious to see the 2nd day taste change of sansudo and kanbonubai tomorrow 😁. Kankoubai on the second day: 🗒️ No change in aroma, but a slight increase in umami ⤴️? There was no big change in taste, it was stable and tasty 🥰.

Only tomorrow left for the Bon vacation 😭 Then I'll open the sake I got during this Bon without reluctance to serve it 🤣. Well ❗️ Today we open a bottle of our favorite 🤩 from our favorite 🤩 production area... Ni No Yuzuru 🌾✨. I actually drank it early last month (didn't post it then 💧), but luckily I got it... so I opened it 🤭. When I opened the bottle, the raspberry and grape aroma already reminded me more of wine than sake 🥰...at this point...there is a good chance that most people would grin lol. The first sip from the first sip, it's like a less sweet Champagne Mary for adults 🍾 that kids drink at Christmas 🫧. And the white wine sparkling taste...it's the kind of taste that makes you smile 😍. Even if you're having a bad day... you can't go wrong with this 🤭 lol The way it comes off is also really scary with a nice aftertaste from the shwash~~~ 😱 addictive ‼️ I want to make this drink a regular drink 🤣.... I'm not sure when I'll be able to get it next though 😂. I don't have anything to do in Hakata... Day 2: ❗️ The aroma is still the same, but with more flavor + more shwash 🫧 ⤴️... delicious 🥰... As I thought, Sansho-san does not disappoint... 🤤...

Today I went back home and bought a souvenir from a liquor store in Tokyo🗼...Ibaraki's Raifuku Jungin🍶. This one happened to be at a tasting event at Hasegawa Sake Shop in the Solamachi shopping arcade... 🙆It's cosy, under 1500 yen, and I was attracted by the convenience of the PET bottle instead of the bottle 🙆I bought it 💴. I drank a little at the tasting, but opened the bottle at home again 🍶. The aroma is only faint 🤔. The moment you take a sip, the sweetness and umami in the mouth is a good salted 👌After that, the spiciness comes in moderately and you can feel the heat in your throat from the spiciness in the aftertaste. 🙂‍↕️ I personally like it as a food sake 😊. It seems to go well with meat dishes such as yakitori, especially with a slightly darker flavor⭕️ I think it has a good finish with the balance you want for everyday drinking at a good price point 🥰. But in terms of taste... the "Soraki" from the Shinzawa Brewery that I drank yesterday was delicious 🤣. I can understand well when I compare the taste...that can (or bottle) of sake is not to be underestimated 😅.

Good evening, Uchi~no-Super~Ritai-san 🌙 Raifuku-san is a brand I had seen in Hiroshima... but the plastic bottle was a novelty. ❗️ It's risky to check a bottle in a suitcase, so I'm glad it was also light 🤭.

I bought this sake 🍶 at the airport before returning to my home in Hiroshima during the busy Haneda Airport during the Bon Festival lol. If I had more time, I would have liked to visit more liquor stores in Tokyo, but I didn't have that much time 😭. I've never had any sake in Tokyo before... I guess it's just a souvenir, but I bought it to try it out😅. I looked at the brewer's address...I didn't expect it to be in Higashimurayama city where I used to live a long time ago 🤭. I felt a little nostalgia and fate even though I'm an old man lol. Sorry for using up half of my sentences in the preface 🙇. Here is the main topic: ❗️ When you open it and smell it...that's it. The sake‼️ It's the old-fashioned sake feeling. The sweetness and alcohol taste is too much, so it's only for eating 😅. But, well... it's not too bad, not too bad at all. I haven't heated it up since it's summer, but maybe it would be better if it were heated 👌 Most small bottles of this kind of sake are for food sake, so it's hard to tell the difference 😓. I think I knew what I was getting this time... but it seems that many breweries are putting more emphasis on No. 4 bottles these days.

I was born in Chiba and currently reside in Hiroshima. I opened a bottle of sake that I bought on my way home during the Obon holidays. This is 💁 "Soraki".......look closely, it's from the Shinzawa Brewery 🤣 lol! I don't think it's brewed in Tokyo, but it seems to be a Skytree limited edition? It seems to be a limited edition sake😅. Well, Shinzawa Brewery is a well-known brewer of Hakurakusei and Atago no Matsu...‼️ So I figured I couldn't go wrong and bought some 😁. There were bottles and cans, but I chose the can to take home. If the price was the same, I didn't have to worry about the can breaking 😅. Well, enough preamble, let's open it quickly lol! The aroma is quite fruity 🥰. The taste is balanced and has the feel of the ultimate food sake that Shinzawa Brewery is aiming for 👌. While it is a food sake with a strong flavor, it is easy to drink with any food. ‼️ This... was priced at 500 yen for change, but it was a very good souvenir (Tokyo souvenirs are a lie... lol). Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo🤣.

It's been a while since I've been back to my parents' house... and I had a standing drink near the hotel where I stayed 🍶. Here 💁Akita's Tobiraizumi ⛲️ Natsunama was opened by courtesy of the store 🙇. The aroma is not that strong and the lemon-like flavor, similar to Senkou, runs through your mouth 🥰. This is delicious 😋. The sweetness is more pronounced than Sentori, but it goes down smoothly 🤤. It is more for before and after dinner than during dinner...it is even better with light snacks🙆.

Today... we open a bottle of Macho 💪 Bodai Hashiroshi 90% from our favorite Ohbai 🍶 🥰. So far... my personal preference in the series I've had in the past is Macho Gorilla 🦍>Oaibai Special Junmai>Macho Fusion Aiyama x Yamadanishiki ≒ Macho Aiyama... we'll see how this one turns out: ⁉️ Well, when I excitedly opened the bottle, the aroma is not so much, but it has a unique aroma 🤔. It has a sweetness, but it's not a fruit aroma, nor a ginjo aroma... 💧It's like I've never encountered such an aroma before... 😓. It may not be a good aroma for some people.... Well, I immediately took a sip... ❓What is this? It has a sweet and delicious taste that I have never encountered before, and strangely enough, it is not unpleasant and has a good sharpness and is very refreshing 🤔. It has a very unique taste, a bit like a rich white wine...well, I regret that my vocabulary is not good enough to convey it to all the users of Sake-no-wa 😭. I recommend it to those who want to try a new genre of sake that is not the usual sake 👌 I will consider my personal ranking depending on the taste change after the second day...but for now it's an extra candidate 🤣. Also, the color of the label and the color of the sake might be pretty close: 🙂‍↕️ 3rd day: 🗒️ The unique taste is not that different 😅 This sake is a bit different for different tastes 💦.
