Merry Christmas🎄 However... it's a weekday and most of you are at work 😰. I was working too... but I wanted to splurge a little at home 🤔. So here we are tonight 💁. It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Akabu ⚔️ ✨ Corked right away! 🍶. I opened the bottle with attention to the note ⚠️, and it opened with a nice spontaneous sound 🥰. The aroma is a modest lemon ❓🤔. Now then... let's take a sip 😋. I can feel a hint of the piquancy 🫧 of the sake, while the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing... and the harmony of the acidity and umami that comes from it... yummmmmm 🤤.... Oh, I shouted "Uma (🐎)" even though the year hasn't opened yet... 🤭 lol It's a little bit oriented, so I'll give it a stir for the second cup 😋. Slightly more umami ⤴️ but no drastic change. In general, the balance of sweetness and umami was not too assertive and the finish was easy to drink👍. If I had to describe the taste from the brands I've had so far, I would say this SNOW is "Takachiyo" with low carbonation and "Senkou" with low acidity 🤔. I'm sure all the users of Sakegawa can imagine the taste: ‼️ The price is a little bit expensive... but it's good for Christmas 🎄... 🎅.

I just realized that 2025 is almost here... 💧. I wonder if the speed is getting faster every year 😂. Well, tonight...❗️ I've been curious about Kochi's Bikyuu for a while now 🍶. But my favorite liquor store didn't carry it 😅. Then, when I was casually looking at the showcase at another liquor store...oh! CEL-24 ‼️ and Bikuyo ‼️ Yes, I bought it right away✨! And then I brought this green bottle with a beautiful form 🥰. I'm sorry for the long preamble, so I opened the bottle right away! The aroma is... still strong with the melon (melon🍈) feeling characteristic of CEL-24 🥰. Then take a sip... it tastes like melon soda without the carbonation: ‼️ lol It's a sweet melon juice👍 It tastes just as good as Kameizumi's CEL-24 ✨. I drank Kurei's CEL-24 in the past...but the sweetness and spiciness vectors were halfway balanced and didn't feel right, so I was wondering what to do if Bikou had the same pattern 😰...but this one was 🙆...💁The answer was right! It looks good to use in shaved ice 🍧 syrup to bring out the flavor 👍 Well, well...this is delicious 😋.

Again...chiyomusubi🍙❗️ Oh no....I'm not aiming to throw them in a row...it's just a coincidence😅. I got a bottle of Chiyomusubi the other day from one of my juniors at work and it was really good with warmed sake, but this time I got it from another colleague who bought some sake, which I didn't intend at all: ...... Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! My favorite brand, Chiyomusubi! I was like, "Ohhhhhhhh! I'm so glad I got it... lol Well, I'll drink it gratefully 😋! Cork opened! The aroma has a matured apple flavor 🤤. I think I don't need to comment any more. I feel like I don't need to comment anymore. It's a clear and tasteless apple juice🧃...it tastes similar to Toyo Bijin's 00 Poem series👍. I think it's not enough for those who want a fizzy taste 🫧, but in general... a satisfying balance 🥰. but! Maybe for after dinner😅. Personally, I might want to pair it with vanilla ice cream 🍨 after dinner🤔. Day 2: 🗒️ No taste change! Steady apple juice 🍎. Well.....Chiyomusubi from Tottori is really delicious 😋. For those who have never had it, I highly recommend it👍

After the second round of drinks with acquaintances broke up... on the way back to the hotel 🏨, we stopped by Tatumiya near Hiroshima Station, which we also visited last month ✨. While looking at the sake brands on the wall...oh! They have chiyomusubi! I ordered this sake and it came out. Although it was last year's summer sake, it still had a fizzy 🫧 feeling... and even though I was already drunk, it was as refreshing as a ramune 😋. I personally want a 720ml of this one 😆.

Tonight is the first open bottle of Chitose Tsuru, which I purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop🍶 in Gransta Tokyo🗼 the other day✨. It was a draft sake... I was wondering if I should buy it at the store, but they told me not to worry about it since it was this time of year 🤣. Well, first of all, the ceremony of opening the bottle: ❗️ It has a faint rummy aroma... ❓🤔It's not very strong. I took a sip of the supernatant without stirring once the precipitated ori from.... The pithiness 🫧 of the raw sake is not very strong, just a little bit felt and not persistent👍. There is little miscellaneous taste or bitterness in the aftertaste, which I like 😍. Now... stirred and the second cup of the real deal: ‼️ Oh, this is delicious 😦! This is delicious 😋. It has a deep and silky taste to the first cup... I like it a lot 😆. Not too sweet and has a nice sharpness with little bitterness or bitterness. If the food is not too rich in flavor, you can enjoy it before, during, or after your meal without having to choose 🥰. I don't want to encounter the wild bears that are so popular these days... but I think I should encounter this "winter brown bear" 🤭. I had a lot going on today... couldn't resist 😅 I just drank it not too long ago...it was so good I bought a 2nd lot lol 😆. Here we go again ❗️ is the quest for heated SAKE in the windy forest 🤣. I drank this about a month ago...but opened it again! As the description on the back label says, the matured honey-like aroma 🍎 is still very close to the black vinegar apple juice 🍹 as I reposted last time 🤔. And the great thing about this sake is... it changes its expression into 3 different types: cold sake, warmed sake and mixed sake. ‼️ If you drink it cold, it's a fruity aperitif with the piquancy of a nama sake 🫧. If you drink it warmed, it will lose some of its piquancy and become more like a mid-meal sake with just the right amount of spiciness. And to top it off... with heated and chilled sake, you can enjoy the piquancy and the complexity of a medium-bodied sake... this is truly a taste of another dimension 🤤. And yet, the price is less than 2,000 yen 💴. It is a gem that allows you to deeply enjoy the difference in taste of sake depending on the temperature change 😊. Personally, I think the taste of the mix is the best 🤭(4th photo) Pour the desired amount of heated sake into the cold sake to complete the dish✨.

I was back in my hometown Chiba yesterday and today chaperoning my daughter's guessing game 😅. I went to buy sake separately... 🤭 lol Well, I'm going to open the sake I bought on my way out tonight 🤣. It's a hiyaoroshi and was made in August, so it must have been unsold at the store ❓... Gunma's Mizubasho🌼. This is the first time to open the bottle 😆. The aroma is neither strong nor weak with a fruity apple 🍎 flavor. I'll take a sip from 😋. It tastes like apple juice 🧃, but with a nice flavor ✨. Hiyayoroshi sake often has a matured feel to it, so it's hard to tell if you like it or not 😥. On the other hand, this sake tasted easy to drink without any aged feeling or strange peculiarities 😊. Toyo Bijin is similar, but it has a more clean taste... I think this one has more roundness or umami. 🙂‍↕️

Second glass of Shinsei Tangerine 🍊 I've had a lot of Niimasa, but this is my first time drinking it 🤤. The aroma is rather refreshing ✨. It doesn't seem too strong 🤔. I took a sip from the first sip.... I think this is Shinsei lol. The aftertaste is also clean and refreshing. The aftertaste is also refreshing and you won't get tired of drinking it 😋. Drinking out in my hometown Chiba today after a long time 😁. I will drink Ishizuchi from Ehime after a long time (not yet posted by Sakewa). The aroma is fruity, but it has been open for a while? Tonight is the middle of the week, but I'm opening it 😆. After all... it's a special Jun 13 of Kamogane, a year-round sake, but it's still a draft 😁. It was on sale the other day at a direct sales place 🍶 so I bought it 🤣. However... thinking about it, it's been quite a while since I've had this Tokujun 13, so I've forgotten what it tastes like💦. So here's a fresh start repo: ❗️ I've reviewed it and it looks like I drank it before I became a Sake no Wake user😅. When you open the bottle, you can smell the fresh apple aroma. The taste is not too thick and not too thin, while the pizzazz of the sake is relatively moderate 👍. If you drink it as a mid-meal drink, it would be good to pair it with something less assertive with a crisp flavor. 🙆‍♂️ It has a good sharpness🙆, but you can feel a bit of bitterness and miscellaneous flavors in the aftertaste🤔. It is a taste that can be drunk before, during or after a meal, but as a Kamogin lover myself... the Jungin 14, which is only available at direct sales, is still the best 🤭 lol Well, well... it's been a while since I've had it, but it's generally delicious 😋. Day 2: 🗒️ The unique "shwa🫧" sensation of nama-zake was originally moderate, so you hardly feel it anymore, but the umami and sweetness are much higher: ⤴️ It is like drinking a beautifully flavored apple juice 🧃. It's not too sweet and I don't get tired of drinking it... 🤣 lol

Today's drink is this one 💁. One of my favorite brands... Shiroki Kyu, a winter-only sake. After drinking Chimera for the first time this year... I was hooked. After all....if you're Japanese, your staple food should be rice. 🙂‍↕️ To be honest, edible rice isn't even suitable for sake making... but the fact that it's made from edible rice impressed me 🥹. I'm sorry for the long preamble, but.......here we go! The aroma is apple-like? I think it's an apple type aroma, but not too much? Maybe 🤔. Pour it into a glass and there is not much difference.... The first sip, I can feel the fruity and slightly fizzy sensation of the raw sake, but it is a little acidic and has a strong tang ❓. The sweetness is much less than the Chimera and URANISHI I've had in the past 🤔. It's good in its own way, but I think it's a little less Shirokikyu 😢. Personally, I think I like it better if it were a little sweeter 💧. The perfect balance of sweetness and complexity makes for an addictive taste lol ps. I was impressed with the delicious products brewed with edible rice, Asahi Hou in Asakita, Hiroshima 👍. That was seriously the most delicious and cost-effective 😆.

Tonight we're opening a limited edition bottle of one of our favorite brands, Takachiyo✨. The distinctive pop label design is adorable 😊. I wonder if this one is a collaboration between Shin Takachiyo - it's low at 9 degrees alcohol 👍. Now, let's enjoy the aroma first 🤤. It's not that strong, but it smells like white peaches 🍑 and it looks delicious 😋. Now, since there are some oriels settled...just sip the supernatant first...❗️ This one has a sweet, slightly carbonated 🫧 peachiness 🥰. Fanta Peach 🍹 in other words.... It's so good....I mean it's a juice, this sweetness 😅 lol. I mixed some oli in the second glass, but it was a little bit too little to begin with, so no big change in taste 🤔. This is too easy to drink and dangerous ⚠️ If you are a weak drinker or if you like sweet, no doubt: ‼️ However, it is definitely not suitable for eating 😰. I think it's best if you drink it before or after dinner with dessert 😆. Day 2: 🗒️ The microcarbonation 🫧 feeling has decreased... but the taste has changed to sweet and sour 🤤. This is even more unstoppable... lol

Tonight, from Chiyomusubi in Tottori, which I have not seen again since March... Ichigeki 🌾. You can't get this Ichigeki in Hiroshima, but I happened to be lucky enough to get it from an acquaintance 😏. I remember it was very good the last time I drank it, and since I didn't get a chance to try heating it up, I'm retrying it cold and warmed this time 😁. Well, first of all, let's open the bottle! The aroma is of apple and the taste is of mint. The aroma is apple-like, but not strong. The aroma is apple-like but not strong 🙆. The aftertaste is wonderful 👍...but if I wanted more, it might be a little less characteristic and not enough 🤔. But all in all, it's a very good sake with a good price tag 😍. Now...on to the warmed sake you've been waiting for 🙋🙋. I'll have it at about lukewarm temperature 😋. I feel that the flavor of the rice (🌾) expands in the mouth and takes the taste to another level compared to drinking it cold 👍. Personally, I prefer to drink this with heated sake😊. It may be hard to match with strong dishes like barbecued meat, but in general it has a taste that can be used with any food 🥰. Day 2: 🗒️ First, cold sake... delicious 😋. It's a little spicy, but on the contrary it's a good accent 👍. The higher the temperature of the warmed sake, the more stable and tasty it is 😆.

Today was the first snow in our city ❄️ It's been warm during the day recently, so... suddenly it's very cold 😨. On such a cold day... I'm going to open a bottle of my favorite brand "Takashi no Tsukasa" Winter Akari ⛄️ 😁. First the aroma ❗️ The lactic acid-like yogurt-like aroma is quite intriguing 🥰. The oli is quite precipitated... so I'll just sip the supernatant first 🤤. While it has a pichiju🫧y raw sake feel, the supernatant alone is a little dry and not too sweet 🤔. Now for the second cup with a good stirring: ☺️ Oh 😳This one has a silky, lactic acid taste like a Fatty Pisgah Soda👍. It has a nice sharpness and little bitterness, so it's still my favorite lol. If Sanuki Kuraudai is like Capapis, then adding a little carbonation makes this "Fuyuakari" 😍. I can't wait to see what kind of flavor changes I can enjoy tomorrow... ✨ Day 2🗒️ I didn't taste much 😅... but... the pizzazz was still the same and the taste was stable 😘.

Totally unrelated to Good Meat Day 🍖...the opening ceremony ✨ lol Tonight, I would like to open a bottle of my favorite brand of sake Happy New Born 😁. It's been a year since we've seen each other 🤭. Let's see how it does this year: ⁉️ With high expectations, I opened the bottle! The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma like tropical fruits 🏝️ ✨. There's a little bit of ori (ori) settled in the bottle, so I'll just sip the top clear liquid first 😋. The pichi🫧jeweledness of nama-zake is subdued, but from the first sip it's balanced and delicious, like a micro-carbonated juice 🤩. I think this is what it would taste like if you took the milk out of the fruit au lait and added carbonation 🤔. I don't know...is this Fanta Fatty with a little less carbonation ❓ lol Next, I stirred the second cup 🤤 and it tastes even better 👌👌. More flavor and even better 👌👌. It's refreshing, easy to drink, and has a nice sharpness to it, so you won't get bored even if you keep drinking it by itself 🥰. I would like to drink it with dessert before or after dinner 👍 Day 2🗒️ I thought the pithiness 🫧 might fly away, but I can still feel it on the second day👍. Nice and consistent taste 😁.

Tonight, this is 💁. From my hometown in Chiba prefecture... Narumi 🌊✨ Although...I honestly didn't know about it, so it's my first time drinking 😅. When I was still young, I had no knowledge of alcohol 🍶, so it's no wonder 😭. I looked it up and it seems to be a local sake 🍶 from Katsuura in the outer bosu area of Chiba prefecture 🙂‍↕️ Well, I'm sorry for the long preamble, but now it's time to open the bottle: ‼️ There is a warning ⚠️ so open it carefully 🤣. I had no problem opening the bottle...so let's smell it first 🤤🤤.... I'm not sure what to expect.... It's like a green apple with a little habit 😅. I took a sip of the top clear liquid first.... It has a nice juiciness... but still a little habitual sourness + a little bit of a tangy taste🤔. Personally I found it a bit subtle... so I stirred it and went for the second sip 😆. I found that stirring it increased the flavor 👍... but it was a bit habitual. I'm not that crazy about the aroma 😭.... I'll drink half of it and hope to taste the rest tomorrow ‼️ Day 2: 🗒️ The habitual aroma has lessened... but it's still there a little 😅. As for the key taste, I'm not sure if it's the astringency in the aftertaste while keeping the juiciness? Bitterness? Bitter taste? I feel like the aftertaste has increased 🤔... Well... it's good, but if it's the same Chiba Prefecture sake, I prefer Fudo 😓.

Tonight...I opened a bottle of Aizan, a sake rice diamond from my personal Hall of Fame brand Jikin that got me hooked on Sake 🌾. It's a good married couple's day 😅. Well, when I opened the bottle, I knew... what is it... you can tell it's a Jikin... ❗️, this Ginjo aroma ✨. I wonder what it is...I feel a unique ginjo aroma in the sweetness that is different from other breweries 🤔. I'm captivated by the taste that doesn't betray my expectations 😅 Not a sake brewery 🍶🤭. Well, I'll have some right away 😋. The smooth taste, fruity sweetness like apple🍎 or peach🍑, non-habitual aftertaste and sharpness✨...I can't get enough 🤤. I feel like I'm recovering from my daily fatigue ❤️‍🩹 lol The depth of sake produced by human hands...I still want people to know more about it‼️ I especially want young people who don't usually drink to know about it (to the extent that they don't become alcoholic 😓) I used to be able to buy a bottle of sake...it's become a brand I can't easily afford 😭 Day 2: 🗒️ Excellent stability because of the fire 🔥‼️ I hardly feel any change in aroma and taste 🥰. I'm still drooling over this ginjo aroma alone... 🤤 lol

It's mid-November ⁉️😅 before I know it this year. It seems like I drank this snowman ⛄️ just a few days ago...but it seems so soon 😓. To be honest, I was going to open a bottle of sake suitable for heating up tonight... but it's warm enough today without the stove on, so I chose to drink it cold 😍. So...first time in a year 🍶🍶. The aroma is light and lemony, typical of Sentori 😍. While I was taking pictures to try the top clear liquid, it started fermenting and stirring on its own 😰. There was no turning back now...so I poured it into a glass and took a sip.... This is... 🤩‼️ It's sooooooo good! It's getting cold... so we're going to fire up our wood stove 🔥 for a test run as well 😁. And once that happens, it's a staple in our house to heat up the water in a kettle placed on the baking sheet 🤣. Well... for the first shot of such an important hot water heating, we chose Kaze no Mori 🌳 after a long time. It's my first time to try this sake, but the name is very promising ✨. But first, a quick glass of cold sake 🤭.... It tastes like a slightly carbonated black vinegar apple juice combined with the piquancy of the raw sake 🫧 and the old sake taste 🥰. I couldn't help but think it's delicious as it is ‼️... but I'm going to heat it up properly lol. Put a seal on it... when it gets to about 35℃, it changes color⚫️→🔴👌. The piquancy is gone, but the flavor deepens and the spiciness increases, making it the best match for a meal. ‼️ This one is quite drinkable and you might like it a lot 🥰. So...I'm going to try a trick I heard about from an acquaintance: mixing it with cold sake 🤩. This is my first experience with ...... ‼️ At the moment of drinking, you can feel the piquancy of the sake, but soon it changes to a spicy taste that is typical of sake for a meal 👌 The temperature range is between lukewarm and room temperature, so it's easy to drink without any peculiarities. ‼️ Well... this is a great taste... 😳 I'm sure I'll be back for more 👍 lol The second day cold sake was less sizzling but still delicious 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Koi Seagull! ALPHA5 from Kaze no Mori is the sake that got me hooked on Kaze no Mori for the first time, and it's great cold 😁✨✨. I drank it cold when I first drank it, not realizing it was heated 🤣.

Tonight I'm opening a bottle of Sakurafukietsu🌸... a jun-dai (pure) draft sake from Kanemitsu Shuzo🍶, a local brand in our area. Kanemitsu Shuzo is a well-known brewer of Kamo Kanehide, which many people like... but they don't ship their Sakurafukietsu series outside of the prefecture? I've only seen it in my hometown or suburbs😅. Actually, this morning... I went to buy the Kamo Kanehide sake that is only available at the direct sales outlet... but I didn't expect it to be sold out 😨 I got the notice on line on Monday... I didn't expect the 120 bottle limited edition to be sold out on a weekday... 😂... 😂. I was shocked, but I bought it immediately 😨! I was shocked and bought it immediately 🤭 lol Well...I'll open it now that I've been preaching for so long: ‼️ Gorgeous apple🍎 strawberry🍓 pear🍐...fruity aroma🤤. The mouthfeel is quite light and easy to drink 👌Among them, the piquancy derived from the raw sake? The taste is quite light and easy to drink 👌and you can feel a hint of pithiness 🫧 from the raw sake in the middle of it. Delicious... 😋. It is really excellent that there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste in the aftertaste 🥺. But...because I like it, I wonder where is the distinction between Kamo Kanehide and Sakurafukiyuki brewed by Kanemitsu Shuzo 😅. After all, they are both delicious and have a similar taste 💧. Well, I'm not complaining because they are generally delicious 😓.
