It's Sunday, the usual time of day when I'm not in the mood... 😓.
Tonight, from local favorite Kamo Kanehide...only the label has been renewed ❗️ (i.e., the contents are the same 💧) for the "Apple Born in a Wooden Oke" that was on sale until last year.
The name until last year was misleading to those who don't drink sake as a liqueur made with apples🍎🤔.
Well, to get back on track, we opened the bottle to see how it was this year 🍶.
The aroma is relatively strong with apple 🍎 as the description says 🙂↕️
When you take a sip, you can't feel the "juiciness" that is characteristic of Kamogane even when it is fired 💧.
On the contrary, I wonder... what would you call it "mid-body" in wine ❓
It's a medium-dark white wine taste, with a strong alcohol taste. ❗️ Maybe it's because it's brewed in wooden vats that it feels even more like wine 👍.
I think it is more for wine drinkers than sake drinkers 🤔.
