If you are a user of "Wine Glass Delicious Sake Award🏆", you must have already checked it, right? I'm always curious about the public's opinion while drinking my favorite sake 😅. Among them...the only sake brewery in Hiroshima prefecture that won the award 🎖️ was Asahihou in Asakita-ku, Hiroshima city. I was so excited to buy it because it was the only sake brewery in the prefecture that I had been curious about but hadn't been able to drink it for a long time 😊. I'm not going to pass up a chance to drink it when I hear that it won the highest gold award🥇 at ...... lol! And now for the preamble......... To be honest, when it was brewed with edible rice Koshihikari🌾, I imagined it would have a taste not suitable for sake😥. ... but ❗️ I was convinced when I opened the bottle. The aroma is quite fruity and it's really junmai? 😅The price...I think it was around 1500 yen 💦. The taste and sharpness are outstanding and I'm convinced it won the highest gold medal 🥰. This is the strongest including the cost performance...hats off to the level 👌If Koshihikari is made into a sake, is it still the familiar taste of rice in everyday life...it is unstoppable deliciousness 🥰. Day 2🗒️ Hmmm... the first day was definitely better 😅. Maybe it's because it's pure rice made from edible rice 🌾... it's got more of a cloying taste and alcohol taste 😰. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the impact of the first day 😭

To blow away the fatigue of working overtime every day... Sentori is not enough... 🤣 I'm going to try my personal hall of fame brand Jikin 🍶....and my favorite sake Mirai 🌾 lol.... When I opened the bottle...it was already...the usual ❓🤣 What can I say........just the ginjo aroma that comes in softly and slowly makes me smile. ☺️ I mean, it makes me grin, so I guess I'm kind of a weirdo from a third party's point of view😅. One sip and the fruity aroma and the taste reminiscent of apples and grapes spreads in your mouth, and the piquancy of the raw sake fills your mouth with juwajuwa~... 🥰. And the stable sharpness... 👏. It's too good 😁. I have an image that Jikin's Hi-iri is basically stable in taste even after opening the bottle...but considering that the Nama-Shu became super delicious the other day with Senbon-Nishiki🌾, this Sake Mirai also looks more promising after tomorrow 🤩. I'll be looking forward to seeing how the taste changes tomorrow 😌. Day 2: 🗒️ More umami in a stable aroma: ⤴️ The piquancy has decreased, but the flavor is still great 🥰. The combination with the relatively crisp tangy lemon salt was a delicious way to enjoy a cup of sake 😁.

For your weekend enjoyment after a tiring weekend of overtime work... the SENKYO SAKURA🌸 is a special treat 😁. I had planned to drink it when the cherry blossoms in our yard bloomed, but to my surprise, I found them blooming this morning✨. And just in time for Friday ❗️ I don't have to tell you that this is a meeting of fate 😘🤣. Well...such a dramatic encounter is just a fantasy lol Well, to get back on track, I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and.... Then...the aroma of lemon-like sourness that is typical of Senkou 🍋. It is lightly cloudy with some oily sediment, so I tried the supernatant first. The smooth taste of Sentori with just the right amount of lemon and a hint of freshness is exquisite 🥰. The second glass is of course stirred 🫧...and then! Hmmm? Maybe it's because it's light nigori...maybe it doesn't change much 💧 maybe it somehow has a little more umami 🤔 generally it's delicious as usual, but...it was a little unexpected, little change in taste 😅. However, Sentori has an exquisite taste change after opening, so I'll be looking forward to tomorrow so I don't drink it all 🙌 Day 2: ❗️ Yes, yes, yes... this is the second day of Sentori 🥰. The pizzazz has faded, but the flavor is up: ⤴️ The lemon taste is milder than the first day 😁....

I stopped by the local liquor store on my way home from work to buy some beer 🍺... and they had some good cosy lentil heated sake 😅. I bought a bottle of sake with alcohol 😆 lol. I wasn't in the mood for heated sake since the weather has been warm the past few days... but the price attracted me 🤣. So, I opened the bottle and put it in the microwave as the label says: ❗️ The resulting aroma is ...... Oh... it's the sake 😅. It's heated up and tastes great, with a nice spiciness and sweetness from the brew alcohol that helps you feel tipsy. I'm just thankful for this kind of heated sake that's affordable for everyday drinking 🤔. I like this kind of gutsy old-fashioned sake, and I also like fruity sake... but in general, it's a good sake for everyday drinking 💧 (well, the price is less than a coin, so lol). It's been a while since I drank heated sake, but I still personally recommend Kamerei Shuzo for dry sake ❗️ If you're looking for umami, I'd recommend Kamo Kanehide's seasonal heated sake 🤔. I'd love to hear from you sakewa users about your recommendations for heated sake. 🗒️

What kind of alcohol do you usually drink all the time? 🤔 Beer 🍺? Shochu? Sake🍶? Wine🍷? Our standard is beer 🍺⇨ 4L cheap shochu... 😭 So I'd like to splurge at least on the weekends lol😆😆. Well, today is my day off from my day job... but I've been doing a lot of things around the house and it's been an exhausting Sunday 💦. But...I guess I should have a good cheap local sake with my dinner 😁. Sorry for the long preamble... Here's a local all-year-round sake that I didn't report on yet 🍶. I found this at the local supermarket... but I was looking at the Sake-no-wa app and saw that there are not many reports on it. It's another favorite brand of Kamo Kanehide, "Sakurafukiyuki", which is a standard Junmai sake. The aroma is not that strong, and the plump rice flavor of Junmai can be served cold, room temperature, or heated 👌. However... my personal recommendation is the Junmai Ginjo, which is only available at the direct sales shop... please patronize it when you travel to Hiroshima 😆 lol

Today's second bottle is 😏😏😏😏! I had a first taste of it a long time ago and raved about its cost-effectiveness and lack of name recognition (you can buy it anytime and it's delicious)...Junmai Ginjo Harugasumi✨ from Kyuyo Masamune in Kumamoto Prefecture! Ha... 😦I found myself back to Kyushu sake again 💦. Something seems to be attracting me quite a bit lately 😓 lol Well, I'll leave it at that....I've been curious about Kyushu Sake for a while now, and I noticed that they've added a new Spring Sake, so I brought it to my house 😆. I opened the bottle immediately: ❗️ The aroma is not that strong 🤔. I think it has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness 😆 from the beginning to the end 👌 But I would like to comment on the dryness of the taste, it may be a bit lacking compared to the Junmai Kyuyo which I drank for the first time 😓. It has a beautiful taste, but if you ask me if it's notably different from other sake breweries... I don't really feel it 💦(maybe I just don't have a good palate). Then I remembered I forgot to stir it while drinking it, so I stirred it and drank it again 🍶. It tastes better now lol! Lesson learned, you have to stir the orikara-mi! It's 👌👌. Day 2🗒️ The feeling of cleanness has increased 😁. But on the other hand, it also feels less distinctive 💦.

I'm in tired mode after working overtime this week 😭 For recovery ❤️‍🩹... need to heal ourselves 🏥❗️ And so... 😆 (yeah) Weekend's annual opening ceremony 🍶✨ It's been a while since I've had a lot of sake from Kyushu... so this is Aomori's Tasake 🌾😁. When I opened the bottle, the ginjo aroma was quite strong and fruity, like apples ✨. It's one of those that gets you excited before you even drink it ⤴️🥰 And then...take a sip... 😌! A harmony of sweetness and umami in the mouth 🎶. A little bitterness at the end, but the taste is just right🙆. The finish is exquisite, neither sharp nor long lasting, with a taste that will linger 😘. Speaking of Tasake...I personally have an image of it as a delicious food sake 😋, but this one seems to be more suitable for before and after dinner 👌👌. Well, what happens tomorrow ⁉️😁 ps...it's been a long time since I've had a Tasake Tokujun 😓😓... Day 2🗒️ The ginjo aroma is still the same, I'm grinning the moment I open it😍 lol I think it has more umami than yesterday 🤔❓ It tastes juicy and fresh 👌.

Busy week at work this week...working overtime 😭 Decided my screaming body needed some healing water, so.......opened a bottle of the classic Uguisu sake from the garden 🍶. Upon opening the bottle, you can smell the soft and fluffy aroma 😌. The first sip is crisp, dry, and dry...it's almost like a Japanese version of Asahi's "Sou Fat Dry" 🤔. However, it's not a draft or sparkling 🫧 so it's refreshing 💧. I guess it's positioned as a food drink 😃. It's not strong in character, it doesn't interfere with the food, and it tastes like ......, so it's not too bad or too bad 😓. I'm drinking it by itself, so it might be a waste... I think it's great for izakaya menu 🏮 like yakitori 👌 In general, it has a traditional sake feel 🍶 and a dry, light taste ❗️ ps. not for those who want something fruity😅. Day 2🗒️ No change in taste...on the contrary, it gives the impression of a stable dry taste 😁.

Second bottle today... 😍 I'll give you the pub variation even though I'm home at the earliest 🍶 lol From Kumamoto's birthplace...❗️ It's been quite a while since I've had a bottle of Niimasa Ecru ✨. The aroma is not that strong ❓ but it has a nice fruity aroma 🤔. I remember it was like this 💧. And then I took a sip 😁. It tastes like a fruity raspberry 🍇 with a piquancy feeling 😌. It has a nice sharpness and I can see why it is the best sake 😂. It's been a while since I've had this, but I still feel like it's Shinsei. In general, Shinsei brews a fruity, fruit-like flavor that is easy to drink 👌. My only complaint is the price 😭. However, among such Shinmasa, this Colors Ecru is priced at 2,000 yen ❗️, thank you very much 🙏. I mean, the problem is that you can never buy it at the regular price because it is difficult to obtain individually in the first place... 💧. I personally wish that Shinsei would sell them in a way that better suits our needs... 🤔 Day 2: 🗒️ Less pizzazz but slightly more flavor 🤔Raspberry-ness is stable 👌

Today is my second daughter's graduation ceremony 🎓. She will be a junior high school student from April... it's early 😅 In the Chugoku area where I live, there are no stores that carry it and I can't get it... 🥺. I've never had it and I've always wanted it, but I finally got my wish and got it the other day 😭. Even though it's obligatory... it's perfect to open on this happy day ❗️ So now it's time to ‼️Sake no Wa Kumamoto Prefecture's top ranking sansho☺️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not as strong as I expected? The aroma is not as strong as I thought it would be 🤔...but I can feel the refreshing sourness 🤔. I took a sip.... ........., ‼️ This....feels more like sparkling wine white🍾 than sake🥰. Just the right amount of lemon🍋 acidity and light sparkling🫧 pizzazz ❗️ This is probably closer to the sourness of Sentori than any other sake I've tasted 😍. Sentori is a refreshing sake, but Sanchi is a bit more carbonated with a little bit of carbonation 👌👌 I've added it to my favorite brands in a while 🤩... but when is the next one? I wonder when I can buy it again 😭. I may have to go to the brewery to buy it at the earliest! LOL! Oh no...I almost passed out 💧. Day 2: ❗️ It's been upgraded from schwah to sizzle😱! This is too good ❤️

Finally, a Friday treat✨! Today...when I was in Fukuoka the other day with my daughter, I was looking for some rare sake at a liquor store...I bought this sake 🍶 because there was only one bottle left and there were only a few ❗️ available at Sake no Wawa check-in ☑️ I will have a bottle of Tama Izumi for the first time 😋. I did some research... this is Ohga Sake Brewery, Fukuoka's oldest sake brewery founded in 1673😳. This is the first TAMA series to appear in the market 😁. I haven't had the normal one to begin with, so I can't compare 😅. The aroma is mild and you can taste the umami of the rice 😌. As you take a sip, you can taste the beautiful flavor of Yamadanishiki, and the moderate bitterness and umami will keep your cup going 😁The spiciness and bitterness are relatively low and the sharpness is also good 👌I can hardly feel the piquancy of the raw sake 🤔. In general, I have the impression that it's a food sake 🍶 that doesn't choose what to eat 🍶. ‼️ Well, how will it change tomorrow 😆. Day 2! It didn't change much, for better or worse 😅I guess it got a little more umami ❓🤔. I still think this flavor would go well with meat dishes 👌

The second one today is... it's a weekday, but I have the day off with pay, so in order to recharge my motivation for tomorrow, I'm going to go for my favorite, because the greenbrier in the garden I just mentioned is not enough for me 😆 lol I kept it in the fridge....Jikin's Senbon Nishiki 🌾 is now open 😁. I was a little cautious about opening the bottle since the other day's immobility, but I was able to open it with no problem by using the outer cork and then the inner cork 😅. And if you open the bottle, you can already find it at ....... Please forgive me for opening it on a weekday 🙇. I'm sorry for opening it even though it's a weekday.... As you may have guessed, Sakegawa users, it has a strong, fruity ginjo aroma 🥰. One sip and you'll imagine "ah, this is what heaven must be like..." as the flavor runs through your body. It's hard to tell, so I'll comment seriously: ❗️🫡 I imagine that it starts out like a 100% apple fruit juice, and then disappears with a hint of the fermented piquancy of the raw sake. Mmmm, delicious ‼️😋 After all, Jikin is just what they are promoting, right? No doubt about it... 😍 We'll see what happens tomorrow ⁉️ I'm sure you'll be begging for more 😆 Day 2 notes: 🗒️ Irregular overtime work fatigue will be gone... the fainting deliciousness 😵. Today... a seasonal sake that I got on the road 🍶. We opened a bottle of Hanabie, a garden-eating sweetbreads 😁. When the bottle is opened, it has a moderate ginjo aroma 🤭. The first sip shows a fruity taste with a harmonious blend of spiciness and bitterness 🤔. The aftertaste is more bitter than spicy 😭. The taste is a little different from what I imagined, but... it's good in the sense that it can be a good food wine 👌👌. The sparkling wine that I reported on for the first time last time tasted very similar to wine 🍷 rosé, so I thought it would be close, but it was a completely different story 😱. This one tastes like sake 🍶 lol I got another Uguisu this time, so I'll report it later 😆. For now ❗️ Looking forward to tomorrow's taste change as always✨ But...since it's fire-entering, there might not be that big of a change? 😅 Second day report: 🗒️ I think the ginjo aroma has increased from the first day✨ And the most important thing is the taste... most sakes tend to have more umami than the first day 🤔. But...! This one tastes lighter, with the same umami and less bitterness than the first day 😆. This taste change was strange and unexpected 😌.

I'm on the road today... from my hotel room instead of home😅 I opened a bottle of Yokoyama Jungin, Nama-zume Sake 🍶, which is not a No.4 bottle, so it's not a full bottle ✨. The aroma is sweet and alcoholic, something I've never really felt before 🤔. The first sip is just as sweet and sour as the aroma, with just the right amount of alcohol and a nice sharpness 😆. It's delicious 🤤. It can be served by itself or as a food sake (more like a fish drink) 😋. Unfortunately... it's 300ml so I drank it all up and couldn't report on the taste change 😰. ps, I was out of town and didn't have a sake cup...this might be the first time I drank it in a mug 😓.

Today is my first time drinking Shichida from Saga prefecture ❗️ There is a label warning to open the bottle ⚠️... but I had no problem at all with this sake 😅. I was cautious because of the recent immobility incident lol. Well, when I opened the bottle... a nice aroma like melon ✨. When I take a sip of the supernatant, I can feel the sweetness, weak bitterness, and a little strong alcohol (16% alcohol by volume), but it's well balanced 😘The piquancy of the raw sake comes gradually in the second half and the aftertaste 👌. And the second cup after stirring is the most enjoyable part of Orikagara-mi: ❗️ (photo 📷 is after stirring) The alcoholiness is a little more pronounced than before 😱. The flavor and sweetness of the rice has been added and the taste has become milder 🥰. I feel this change is the way to enjoy orikarami 💖. The price is very reasonable 🙆. And what kind of taste change will happen tomorrow... more fun 😌! Day 2 note: 🗒️ When you open the bottle, you can smell the sake-like aroma of sake ⤴️ when I drank it... it evolved to taste exactly like that 😆. It's a little bit bitter now... so if you like fruity things, you might not like it 😅. Well, I like it 🤣.

First open bottle 🍶. It is Chiyomusubi from Tottori 😁. This one was bought by an acquaintance who bought it from a direct-sale store. It is sold mainly at direct-sale stores and the distribution volume seems to be small 🤔. It seems 🤔. When you open the bottle, the aroma is not that strong, but when you take a sip, you can feel the deep flavor of the rice aroma from the pure rice 🌾. ☺️ It is a good old-fashioned sake with little bitterness and a good aftertaste 😌. However, it is easy to drink because it does not have a harsh taste that makes your throat burn like the sake❗️ I drink it cold, but it also tastes great heated as a mid-meal drink ✨. I feel like it has a complete flavor...so I doubt it will change much 🤔. but I'm sure I'll enjoy it tomorrow as well 😆. Day 2: ❗️ I was going to warm up the sake, but the stove was out when I got home... so I went with cold sake💦. I think it tasted more spicy than I expected (or maybe it was my imagination?). I think the spiciness has increased. It's just the right amount of sweet and spicy for a mealtime drink 😌.

To start off March, we selected our favorite brand "Hiran"...Nikkomaru QUEEN👑✨! The aroma is moderately fruity with a hint of ginjo, but not too strong 🤔. The first sip has a clear, clean sweetness and umami, and the piquancy of the unpasteurized sake is a little chili on the tongue 😆. The aftertaste is also very sharp without any bitterness🙆. In general, it tastes like a sake like "Hiran", but considering the balance between price and taste... I felt that "Nikomaru Nama" which I drank before has the best balance of the taste of edible rice called Nikomaru🌾😁 (price is about 1, 000 yen difference). (Price difference is about 1,000 yen) The "Nikkomaru" has a more clear and transparent taste because it is polished...but on the other hand, it seems to take away the good taste of "Nikkomaru", which is a waste of money 😭. Personally, I prefer the rice to have a little bit of the tang that only edible rice can have 😊. However... it's just a matter of taste, and it's still delicious lol I guess my personal best in the most recent Jiran is Kagura 🥰. On the second day, the beautiful flavor is slightly more beautiful because it was originally a very polished QUEEN 😘. Not that big a change in taste, it's a stable taste 😊.

Another exciting ☺️ Friday this week 😁. Well, today we have our favorite brand, Hiran... but a brand I've never tried before, Fudo🍶. While reading the warning ⚠️ to open the bottle, in less than 10 seconds of opening the outer bottle and going to the trash... the inner bottle blew up with a nice sound like a Chammery at Christmas 🤣... but I was lucky. But I'm lucky it didn't spew 😅. Now, I got myself back on track and smelled the ginjo aroma... sweet aroma like melon🍈🤤. It's a bit of a dry sake, so I'm going to try the top ✨. From the first sip, it has a sweetness and a piquancy that is characteristic of nama-shu 🫧 It's not strongly carbonated, but has just the right amount of bubbles 👍. It has just the right amount of bitterness and a not-too-bitter aftertaste 🥰. The second cup is stirred 🤩 (see photo 📷 before and after stirring). The flavor increased dramatically and the drinking experience was much more enjoyable 😍. Definitely prefer it stirred 🫶. To be honest, I didn't imagine that Chiba, where I'm from, has good sake...so I didn't expect this 😅 lol I'm curious to see how it tastes tomorrow ⁉️ Day 2 notes: 🗒️ Oh no...the umami and sweetness are greatly increased 🆙. I'm putting pressure on the fridge, so I'm going to violate a weekday taboo and open the bottle again 😅. This is a limited edition sake that my favorite brand Kamo Kanehide🍶 puts out this time of year🌸... ‼️ Actually, it's not the same as the one sold wholesale at liquor stores, but was sold only at a direct sales event the other day 😁. The difference is the labeling "Open Caution ⚠️ Raw" ✨. Unlike the regular shipment... the oli is much darker 🤩 and you can see it's fermenting even before the bottle is opened 🥰. But let's get the preamble out of the way.... I thought...I had to fight for 3 minutes while suppressing the spewing 🤛 Please refer to the photo for a sense of the schwarziness lol Well, I guess my hard work paid off... the fruity aroma of ginjo and the pithiness of the first sip... it's more of a schwarziness 😆. It's more dry than sweet, so it's a good beer 🍺 substitute 😋. I drank the regular version at the event, but this one is still stronger 💪. I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how sweet and tasty it is 🥰. Day 2 📖. The dryness is a little less, but it's still there 🫧The sweetness and the flavor have increased 😆 Personally, I like the second day better 😆.

The "Takashi" from Aichi that I posted before was quite tasty... so I was curious and bought the second one, this one is called Harukageiro ☘️😆. It's been cold for a long time this year and it hasn't warmed up yet, but I've opened it 😂. This one...in a word... "delicious😋". That's all anyone can say, so I'll spell it out in a little more detail: ‼️ When you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity ginjo aroma ✨green apple? Green apple 🍎 grape? Well, that's it, that's the "this is delicious..." aroma you get before you drink it 😉. The first sip, the piquancy of the sake is quite thin, but the umami and sweetness come through from the very beginning...and the sharpness is excellent with almost no bitterness ✨. But if you are looking for pichi or shuwa, it might be a little lacking😅 Day 2 report 📖. The sweetness and umami taste deepens and evolves into an unstoppable flavor 🤩It's so delicious that you can drink it up like apple juice 😅. Takashi no Tsukasa is not to be underestimated: ‼️
