I've had a few kangiku outside, but this is my first time at home ✨.
It's GW so I'm turning on the lights in the garden 🪴😆 lol
As a Chiba native...I honestly had no idea that there was good sake in Chiba, so I was surprised by Kangiku when I drank it for the first time 😅.
After all...Chiba has bad water, so I couldn't imagine any good sake 😓.
You can't judge anything only by your preconceived notions 🙅.
Now, let me preface this by saying... we opened a bottle of Silver Lightning💫, which is a highly polished 29%🌾 rice polishing ratio sake🍶.
There was a bottle opening warning ⚠️ but it was fine🙆.
The aroma is strong and fruity🍎🍏 with a ginjo aroma✨.
The moment you drink it, the pithiness of the sake 🫧... and the sizzling flavor will make you smile: ☺️
The sharpness and lingering aftertaste... it's so good, you can have as many cups as you want 😅.
I think it would definitely be good before or after a meal by itself or with dessert 🍨.
I wonder what will happen tomorrow 🤣
Day 2 note: 🗒️
When I opened the bottle, the aroma is stronger than yesterday... it makes me smile: ☺️
The umami is also up⤴️ maybe because of the higher milling ratio🌾...❓The alcohol feeling has not increased🙂↕️
Clear and delicious 😋.
It's the best ✨

Good morning, koiing gulls 😃.
I like your garden light up 😊The electric wire drum table is also chalet! We are from Chiba too, but we prefer Narumi or Koshi 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
It's strange because the more sake 🍶 we drink in the garden (outdoors) the better it tastes 😁.
I didn't expect you to be from the same hometown 🤣I'm not familiar with Chiba's sake... to be honest, I'm not familiar with it, so I'll try to learn to drink it ❗️😋
