Tamagawa's sake 🍶 is brewed by Philip Harper, a British toji from 🇬🇧.
Among them, I was curious about the Ice Breaker 🧊🐧 that I had missed drinking since last year...because it was hot during the day...and I opened it by accident 😓 lol!
When you open the bottle, you can feel the alcohol of sake feeling firmly 🤔.
And if you pour it into a wine glass with ice 🧊 as the description says, you get an even darker sake feeling 😎.
The dryness you feel from the first sip is solid, but combined with a moderate sweetness, it's a great sake to drink as a food sake ✨.
The dryness of this sake makes it easy to enjoy even with strong flavors such as yakiniku🥩 and yakitori🐔.
I didn't feel much of a piquancy 😅 despite the fact that it's a draft sake.
However, if you like fruity sake, this sake might be a bit peculiar and hard to drink 😓... 😓.
If you usually prefer dry beer 🍺, you might like it ❓❓
All in all... a summer sake for sake lovers: ❗️
