GW✨Opening on the second day, here 💁.
It's Nanarou, from the Bodaiyumoto of Mimuro Sugi 😁.
This is a new rice from Nara prefecture 🌾 Nanarou, which was also brewed in Kaze no Mori🌳 that I posted the other day, and is from a series of different breweries: ❗️
The aroma when you open the bottle is still similar and fruity... I'm grinning before I drink it lol 😆.
The taste is also similar, but this Mimuro Cedar is more robust...it feels thicker, as if you savor it slowly and deeply 🤔.
It tastes as if you are drinking rich apple juice 🍎🍏🥰.
Kaze no Mori🌳 is a bit lighter 😆.
Same rice, different brewer, different preparation...different depth of flavor 😱....
How deep is the Sake swamp?
I'm not sure I'll make it to the bottom while I'm still alive lol

The mouthfeel has changed to a more smooth impression🤔.
And the alcohol taste is slightly increased.
It seems like the first day had stronger characteristics❓I think so 🙂↕️
But in general it is delicious 😋.
Pairing with lighter dishes 🙆🙆.
