The past few days have been as busy as ever 😓.
Maybe it's because I'm old... but at this rate, I won't last until the weekend, so I'm replenishing my supply 😅lol
Now, this is 92‼️ from Kamerei🐢's low milled rice🌾 series!
The milling ratio is the same as the shortage of rice for food use that has been a hot topic these days 💧.
The aroma is not strong 🤔.
The first sip is a refreshingly smooth and pungent taste that washes away and resets even strong flavored food 🍳🍳🍗 like yakiniku🥩 or yakitori🍗. 🙂↕️
The aftertaste is dry and delicious, as you would expect from Kamerei ✨.
I like Kamerei sake brewery, so I drink many kinds of sake, but this one might be 💁 more spicy.
The last time I drank Hakkyu, it was sweet and thick... so that one is a different thing 😅.
After all, the base is a dry food sake ❗️ is Kamerei Shuzo 🍶.

Not much change in the flavor base 🤔.
I have the impression that the umami and spiciness might have increased a little 😃.
