Well, today...I'll open a bottle of rare sake🍶❓ which I got from my junior who was traveling🚗 for GW: ❗️
This is Kusunokami from Nishino Kinryo in Kagawa prefecture.
Of course, this is my first drink 😁.
I checked the official website...it says it is recommended for room temperature to warmed sake, but I had it chilled, so I opened it cold ✨.
Almost no aroma, clean taste...slightly dry and sharp so it's well-balanced and doesn't interfere with food 👌.
On the other hand... it doesn't have a strong character, it's more like a food sake for everyday drinking😅.
It's getting hotter, but it's relatively cool today... so I tried heating it up 🍶... but it didn't taste that great 😏...
But there wasn't much change in the taste 😅.
I think the umami flavor has increased a little bit.
Cold or warmed sake is a matter of taste 🤔.
In general, it is a well-balanced food sake🙆.
