Today...we opened a bottle of Tedorigawa no Niji🌈 from Ishikawa Prefecture🍶!
When you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma of apples from the bottle: ☺️
It is even more pronounced when poured into a glass✨.
A quick sip... 🥰.
It has a good balance of the umami with just the right amount of tanginess, while still having the zesty taste that is often associated with Junmai's low milled rice 👌.
The aftertaste is a little bit bland, but the overall balance is good, so it's easy to drink before, during, or after a meal...any time of the day. 🙂↕️
Above all...for those who are daily drinkers, the cospa💴 is also important❗️Imadoki...there are very few tasty sake that can be had for 2,000 yen 😭
I'm not sure if it's the fact that I'm a fan of the "Junmai" style of sake or the fact that I'm a fan of the "Junmai" style of sake, but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the "Junmai" style of sake.
I personally prefer Junmai ✨.
Day 2: 🗒️
I thought the Junmai might add more bitterness, but it doesn't increase that much and is easy to drink 👌.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but not that strong, just right 😁.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😆.
It's a high-cost pure sake 🌾 without being too assertive: 🙂↕️
But... unfortunately, there are almost no stores that carry it, and it will be sometime before we can come across it next 😭.
