The Nagasaki sake I was looking for. Yokoyama Goju Nama Sake from Iki Shigeke Shuzo. It has an initial effervescence and a sweetness that spreads on the palate. As the label says, drinking it in a wine glass enhances the fruity flavor and makes it even more delicious!

This is a summer draft sake from the Iinuma Honke brewery in Chiba Prefecture. As the name "Dai-harakuchi" suggests, it has a guttural taste down the throat that is hard to resist! It has a fizzy taste in the mouth and is a summer sake.
Kyoto Kinshi Masamune. This Junmai Daiginjo is 100% Yamadanishiki made at Kaga Fukumitsuya. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but there is a richness of rice that goes down the throat, giving it a sake-like character. The aroma is weak.
Fukuoka Kitaya's spring limited edition of 60 bottles of Junmai Ginjo.
Fruity and mellow, but without any peculiarities. It is a good sake that does not interfere with food and goes well with any dish.
100% Bizen Omachi Nama-no-Mazake. It has a slightly yellowish color, and the sweetness of the raw sake and the full-bodied taste down the throat made it easy to drink without feeling the 17% alcohol content.
Junmai Daiginjo from Awa Tokushima. This sake has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a nice sharpness. With this, the four prefectures of Shikoku have been conquered (laugh).
The bottle is interesting because the stopper is cork with metal fittings and has a characteristic bottle like a champagne bottle.
