もーちゃんPurchased at a sales event at a department store in Yokohama.
I didn't hesitate to buy this one because they said it goes well with cheese. ‼️ It certainly went well with it ✨.
I could have gone with cured ham too 👌 りおうJunmai Daiginjo from Awa Tokushima. This sake has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a nice sharpness. With this, the four prefectures of Shikoku have been conquered (laugh).
The bottle is interesting because the stopper is cork with metal fittings and has a characteristic bottle like a champagne bottle. takeg29I couldn't really smell the aroma because it was too cold.
So I had it a little closer to room temperature.
Aroma: Like pineapple. Like banana.
Like a mixture of two. I don't know. Acid-sweet
Taste: A gentle sweetness, with a hint of sourness.
We had grilled chicken, pickles, canned sardines with miso, and croquettes as snacks.
We had it as a snack.
Soy sauce, miso, fried food. It's good. It's good.
Maybe not with the flavor I sprinkled on the yakitori.
Is it bad with the spicy one? That's my impression.
Thank you for the food!
Yokohama Sogo 1760yen ぶっちー☆☆☆☆1/2
A dry sparkling sake that I finally came across.
Very easy to drink. It has the mouthfeel of a dry champagne, but with the taste of sake. The carbonation is a bit stronger than light carbonation.
The price is about the same for a two-pack bottle as for a regular Haneya four-pack bottle.
In other words, it is double the price.
It's a bit expensive for daily use, but it's within reach when you want to splurge a bit. ばびThe post Hanayaku and the reputation of
Kamesen cel24 raw sake.
I was thinking of drinking it someday.
I saw it in the department store.
Quickly captured.
Take a quick drink.
A really great pineapple feeling.
This is awesome!
If you drink it blind, you can drink it in the sunshine and
I don't think I can tell the difference.
I'd like to compare drinks.
Since it's unpasteurized sake, the internal pressure was a little high when it was opened.
It's not frothy and it's normal when you drink it.
The pineapple flavor is a combination of sour and sweet.
It goes on from beginning to end.
I don't get the bitterness in the second half.
It's pretty easy for me to drink.
Sweetness and a faint acidity make it sizzlingly sharp. ばびJunmai Daiginjo from Eiko Fuji (Yamagata Prefecture)

Sake rice is 100% Comet
The sweetness and acidity are so sweet and sour.
I had the same feeling with the rice wine.
Do comets tend to be sour?
It's good for a single person, but it's good for food poisoning.
