りおうJunmai Daiginjo from Awa Tokushima. This sake has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a nice sharpness. With this, the four prefectures of Shikoku have been conquered (laugh).
The bottle is interesting because the stopper is cork with metal fittings and has a characteristic bottle like a champagne bottle.
