Yesterday, my second son who lives in Ota-ku came home. on the way? And I went to the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) for the first time in years 😅. We talked about cheering for Hakone Ekiden for the first time in years, since his alma mater is also running. I was at Rokugo-bashi bridge on the return trip. It was warm and windless. I cheered for all the universities.

Hakutsuru-nishiki, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery's sake rice that I'm interested in, at Hasegawa Sake Shop If you don't drink this, Hakutsuru Nishiki is.... I have drunk Hakutsuru Nishiki before. Hakutsuru Nishiki from Toichi Sake Brewery It is hard to read the image 3.4 on the wrapper. Zoom in and read the image. It is still well balanced from sweetness and umami to umami and bitterness. The rich aftertaste is just as delicious as the label on the back. There are a limited number of Hakutsuru-nishiki sake breweries. I would like to try the sake from each brewery if I can find one. I hope to have a Hakutsuru-nishiki from Jyushiyo someday!

It has a moderate sweetness, freshness, umami, and bitterness. The brewery is located in Nagano, so the sake rice is from the Hitogochi region. The popular Shinshu Kamerei Hitogochi is also very delicious, but this Kame is also delicious. I want to try several kinds of Kame no Umi in the future❗️. I thought 👍😊

Waiting in the fridge from Autumn Sake We started with new sake from Sairai. Since the brewery is near here, we buy it whenever we meet them. The brewery has a good mix of Bunraku and Sairaku. This Sairai has a ribbon on it. This Sairai has a ribbon on it. So I drink it in a wine glass. A new sake! The aroma is moderate, sweetness, bitterness, acidity and umami. It is also easy to drink like Sairai. It has a fresh feeling unlike the calmness of autumn sake.

The first Collage in a long time and I'm pretty sure it's a Collage too 🥰🥰 it's an Autumn Sake 😊😊😊. We have a new sake in the fridge. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it's good. Checked in again last year. Tanigawadake. The other day, I took a day trip with my wife to Tanigawadake the other day with Mrs. Tanigawadake. We took the Tanigawa-dake ropeway to Tenjin-daira after a long time 😊. Right answer! Autumn leaves were nice. After eating at ♨️, we went to a sake and wine restaurant We stopped by Takizawa, a sake and wine shop that we stopped by last year. This year we had this and wine ^_^. We went to Tanigawadake again this year and had the limited edition Tanigawadake Takizawa. It's nice and dry and easy to drink. It's not a fruity wine, it's 70% polished rice, 17%. It's not fruity, but it's 70% polished rice at 17%. On the way home, I had a glass of Ootoro milk, which I had stopped at on my way to nearby Sawabe's Nariyuki Kaido trip on the expressway to Mizukami. We had dinner next to Mr. Takizawa's restaurant on the Uma Kaido, and all the places featured on TV were crowded🙃.

It's been a while - Hououmida It's hiyaoroshi! There were Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku cold wholesale. I drank Yamadanishiki last year, so I kept this one for this year. Gunma's Skunk Basho Hiyoroshi I opened the bottle (*☻-☻*) The standard Jungin was delicious, so I bought a bottle to drink the Hiyoroshi. I bought it because I wanted to drink hiyaoroshi too!
