We were able to start this year with a bottle of Tazake zodiac sign! On the 2nd, my eldest son and his wife and my second son came home from the end of the year. I went to my parents' house to pick up my parents and was able to see my wife and mother-in-law for the first time in a while. On New Year's Day...the Noto Peninsula earthquake and the accident at Haneda Airport. My second son lives not far from Haneda Airport. He lives not far from Haneda Airport. Last year, we cheered for the Hakone Ekiden at Rokugo Bridge on the 3rd, but this year, only the second son returned, so we received this picture. The second son is moving to be with his girlfriend from next month, so he will be moving closer to his current place. My second son's alma mater was also seeded in the race, so I hope to be able to cheer for them next year!

It's been a long time since I've purchased Hana Yuu, which happened to be on sale the other day at the Nanyo Sake Brewery warehouse! Second son, you seem to be addicted to the back of the house. It's been a while since I've seen Kohaku from the beginning. On the 2nd, my eldest son and his wife, my parents, and my mother-in-law, who is recuperating at home, celebrated 🍶 🍻! How about cheering along the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) ...... this year? I'll be there. Happy New Year everyone!

First time in the selfless series! This is the game we played the other day at the 🍺 meeting. Yukio one-cup 💦who won this one. Yesterday, we had a "good night out" party in Tokyo for the office drinkers! Because February, March, June, July, October and November are the busiest months of the year. Mother in law, hospital discharge gift😅 She's been in the hospital for a little less than 2 months with a broken leg. She is still using a cane as she is still anxious. She can walk fine. So he wanted to go to a seafood restaurant. We went to a Japanese restaurant and I started with sake. I'd never tried Kaygetsu before, but it's my favorite autumn sake. Ozeyuki New Sake. Oze no Yukidoke is another favorite brewery. I have visited the brewery before Junmai Daiginjo, good aroma Fruity, sweet, delicious, not too sweet Delicious! Good balance of sweetness and umami 🤣. The maple leaves at home have turned red! And his wife said it's autumn leaves!

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

Autumn Sake Series? I wonder Akita Harukasumi, wooden leaf label The label is also nice. Polishing ratio is 80%⁉️ and there are a lot of sake with a lot of polishing these days. While there are many sake with a high degree of polishing these days💦80% is indicated on the label ✌︎ ʘ̅͜ʘ̅. We were curious and wanted to try it. I was curious to drink it, but it was not so good as ....... The aroma is not so good, but when I drank it, I found that it has a very good acidity. The acidity is a bit low, but it's much better than we expected 😅. Umami, bitterness and sharpness are good ‼️ Taste it and you will find the sweetness as well 🍻. The rice is almost unpolished and the sake is delicious! Friday was a 🥩🔥 party in Ikebukuro with my colleagues drinking buddies 😊.

Autumn Sake Hiyaoroshi Series 🤣 Still going 💦Raifuku's from this year? The Raifuku brand Hiyoroshi is Tanokami. We've been doing Raifuku brand hiyaoroshi for a while now, but this is the first hiyaoroshi for this brand. I'm not sure if it's the first time I've had a hiyaoroshi sake, but this is the first time I've had a hiyaoroshi. It's like a dry hiyaoroshi with a bitter taste 👌👌. Still ('-'🫶🏻) Autumn Sake Hiyaoroshi Series 🤣 Second purchase at 🍁 ♨️ Mizubasho: Another well-balanced sake, the standard Mizubasho. Hiyoroshi: also well-balanced and delicious! This one is also well-balanced and tastes great! I had some Tanigawadake left over. Nagai Shuzo drinking comparison ⭕️( '-' ⭕️ ) I like the balance of both, but the rice is not specified! Last year it was from Tanigawa-dake (谷川岳) Marunuma Kogen Nikko Shiranesan ropeway this year Because every year we go from Numata or Mizukami 🍁⠜♨️ We bought some sake from Nagai Sake Brewery. It's so 🍁⠜beautiful I didn't dare to buy it in my hometown. Tanigawadake and Skunk cabbage are both hiyayogoshi! It too is delicious! Well-balanced Hiyamoroshi, there's nothing missing in Hiyamoroshi! I'm thinking ('-'🫶🏻).

I went to the annual one-day trip to 🍁♨️ I went there today. Teruhakyo gorge and Mt. Tanigawa are the basics. Nikko Shiranesan ropeway in the back. What do you think? From Numata to Marunuma Kogen by the ropeway! The mountains look white from the Kan-Etsu highway. I thought so. It looked like a flicker last night while I was heading to the mountains, yellow, red and some kind of foliage. Last year it was Mt. Tanigawa, this year it's Nikko Shiranesan ropeway. Nikko Shiranesan lightly covered with ⸜❄️ trademarksOh~ awesome‼️ The weather was great! On the way back to Numata, we stopped by a local sake shop and had the best 🍁. I stopped by a local sake shop on the way back to Numata for the best 🍁⠜ and ♨️ with gratitude! I bought a bottle of skunk cabbage and a bottle of Tanigawadake Hiyayogoshi. I went home. And then we talked about sake. Tasake, autumn leaves🍁⠜, it's just delicious! (*^^*) ദ്ദി ˃ ˂ )

Autumn Sake Hiyakioroshi Series Hirotogawa - the autumn sake we were aiming for! Hirotogawa is basically a very tasty sake! I've never had a chance to drink it. I hadn't had a chance to drink it.
