First time in a year 🙃 Mita I drank 2 kinds of Mita hiyaoroshi last year I drank two kinds of Mita Hiyoroshi last year and I was sure to drink them again this year! Oku entered the Japan Masters in Kanazawa last week. Japan Masters 🏊‍♀️ tournament in Kanazawa I thought we could go sightseeing together. But we cancelled it because we had to get there before the tournament. My mother-in-law was with us. I'm going to buy some sake as a souvenir and she wants to know what brand it is. I requested Tetorigawa or Kikuhime Hi Hiyiyagoroshi from Ishikawa Prefecture! I asked her to get me a bottle of Tetorigawa or Kikuhime Hi Hi Hiya. I'm not a sake aficionado, but I found it 👏👏 and the glass is a souvenir too 😊. I'm sure you'll be able to find a glass of sake as a souvenir. The sweetness and sourness are well balanced. She also said it's a delicious sake 💕︎ (I'm so glad I found it!) I entered two events and both made the top 10! One of them came home with a prize 😅.

I remember there was an amber museum in Kuji when I was in Sanriku with my wife last year 💦. I had a sea urchin bento at Kuji station 😋. It's the season for autumn sake and hiyaoroshi, and this is the first autumn sake of the year! This is the new Akabu sake that replaced last year's hiyaoroshi, and it's called autumn sake! It has a mild, fruity, sweet to umami taste with a nice sharpness and is 13 degrees. Easy to drink 👌🏻 ̖́-1 It's a little sweet for my taste buds these days. I enjoy it after the second glass in the freezer. I enjoy it.

When I first got into sake and was looking for a popular brewery, I didn't even know what rice to drink... I drank some Tasake... I haven't had Koshiro Nishiki Tasake in a long time. At the time, I got into Tasake simply because it was easy to drink 🤣. I was hooked on Tasake back then simply because it was so easy to drink 🤣 Once again, it has a nice mouthfeel, a moderate sweetness, a moderate acidity, and a nice bitterness, and it has a nice sharpness. My favorite sake, Nebuta label The Aomori Nebuta Festival has begun. This Nebuta label is for outside Aomori Prefecture! Sake rice is Yamada Nishiki, as it is every summer 😊. I chilled it down to the bone! It's a deliciously sweet rice field sake. The sweetness of this sake is so sweet, it leaves the nose. Nebuta label for the prefecture... different sake rice... I want to drink it!

The other day, I went to a 🍻 in Tokyo with my drinking buddies from work. But the star of the show was my colleague's 🐹wife. It's a birthday party 🎂🫢. Sake for Oysters and Oysters for Sake But it's sake for oysters! A little sweet and sour taste goes well with oysters. It's been a while since I've had an Ottersai ^_^. This is my favorite Tasake! Last year, I thought I'd like a sparkling Tasake, but I didn't buy it. I thought it was a sparkling Tasake, but I didn't buy it. Micro Bubble this year...I went to buy the Nebuta label outside of Aomori...this year I'm going to try it 😋😋 and I'm taking my friends with me. I was so happy to be able to go with him... I used to be a beer 🍺 drinker and I still am 😋. Soda in is also good 👌👍 The balance of the sake and the carbonation. I think this is a good thing 👌👍! The glass is like a sparkling wine Bubbles flow like sparkling wine!

I was curious about this sake because a liquor store near me was introducing it as a new product 😅. I immediately went to see it and bought it. It's from Kanagawa Prefecture! The second oldest sake yeast in the world, discovered in the Meiji era. Miraculously, a fantastic yeast that was discovered in 1909 but never used for sake brewing has made a comeback! We are committed to creating a taste that cannot be produced with modern mainstream yeast. The bottle is thick and full like a wine bottle. The bottle was a fat, full wine-like bottle. They said it was to be served in a wine glass. It is sweet, but not sake-like. It's a sweet white wine. It's a sake that goes well with wine snacks... A good ham, salami...meaty food would be good... It's delicious! Holy shit, that's a gap from pine midori!
