This year's sweet and spicy is slightly sweet. Sweetness, high alcohol spiciness, umami sweetness and balancing bitterness. Fresh gas feeling is strong. Compared to last year, the sweetness is weaker and the bitterness is weaker to match, which is more to my liking than last year. 😋😋😋😋
