Oh, no! The one I bought in Aomori is now sold at Koyama Shoten! But it's so good and so cheap that I'm going to buy it again.
I learned during my trip to Aomori this summer that Nishida Shuzo has a brand called Kikusen.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma on the nose. It is a very clear, light and dry sake with a sense of umami. Slightly gassy. Good cold sake. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness is on the dry side. The quality of Nishida Sake Brewery is second to none!
I'll copy and paste my own impression.
2600 yen without tax, supposedly the regular price but 100 yen more than Asamushi Onsen in Aomori ❓❓
