[Four Hundred] I have almost no connection to basketball, but I'm in the middle of the Slam Dunk generation, so I watched TV every day with a hot heart 🏀. I'm a member of the Slam Dunk generation, so I've been watching TV every day with a hot heart 🏀. The top aroma is just so fruity 🍐! It has a slightly effervescent feel, with a fluffy, understated sweetness followed by a clear and quite sharp bitterness. Not sour, but the aftertaste is grapefruit-like😊. It's drinkable and delicious 😋. But of course today's games against Cape Verde and Finland were both very hot, but I was most moved by the real Mitsui Kotobuki like Shin Hiejima in the Venezuela game: ⛹‍♂🥹. I think my favorite scene in Slam Dunk is the three by Megane-kun in the Ryonan game! 😁

Comparison of Onra drinks (2) We compared two types of Ura sake ordered by Furusato tax payment. This time, we compared two types of Ura sake, one raw and the other fired. This is a very minor brand, but it is a private brand of a liquor store in Okayama Prefecture called "Sake-no-mimura" (酒のみむら). The attack is light, just like the nama-shu. Like the nama-shu, it has a light attack, but the hi-irushu has a sharp acidity and bitterness, giving it a sharper impression. It was fun to feel the subtle differences that one would not be able to tell without comparing the two 😁.

Comparison of Onra drinks (1) Minor sake not registered as a sake crocodile brand 🫥. There have only been 12 submissions so far 😂. The word "Ura" is written in Japanese and reads "Ura". I found the most memorable brand among the dozen or so I drank at the Sakenowa off-line meeting @ Yotsuya Sanchome a few months ago in Furusato, so I ordered it. It's a set of both a draft and a fire-aged sake of the same specs, so we opened them at the same time and compared the drinks: ✌️ The Nama-shu has an aroma like white bean flour, and the attack is thinner than I imagined. After a moment of delay, a moderate wildness with rice flavor and acidity emerges, and the impression at the end of the drink is rather strong😄. I think the sake I had at the offline meeting was an aged Asahi rice sake, so my impression is a little different, but it's a delicious gutsy 😙.

[Newly inducted into the Hall of Fame😍]. I've been buying and drinking every time I find a new label lately, Chokyuu ✌️ This is a jungin nama-shu that has not been aged. It's a little chirpy and the aroma is mildly minty🌿ish but not nearly as fruity. The mouthfeel is fresh and juicy, but not too sweet, and has a nice sharpness with a decent amount of bitterness. I've had a lot of Chokyu and all of them have been a winner, so I've designated this one for the Hall of Fame 😆. If you ask me "What is your favorite brand? I used to answer "Tasake" when asked "what is your favorite brand", but from now on I might as well answer "Chokyu" 😂. I don't think they would understand me since it's a pretty minor brand 😅...

Overripeness indeed... This is a 6-year-aged raw sake with an alcohol content of 17 to 18 degrees Celsius. Since the shipment was made last November, about 1 year of it was aged in stores (or was it unsold...?). 😅) It took a bit of courage, but I had to try this one as a raw ripened sake lover 😊. The top aroma smells quite alcoholic and the color is a light golden color. In the mouth, it has a nutty, caramel-like ripeness and a dry astringency. When heated, it becomes softer, and it is best served lukewarm. It is best served lukewarm. It is enjoyable in winter with nabe (hot pot) dishes. I like the sense of maturity that it has, even when served cold, but I think it's a bit too much for me if I let it sit this long 🤔. I can't say I liked it, but it was very informative for me to gauge my taste scale. I need to try different types of wines!

[SEXY Perfectly Mature Sake 2023🧜] SEXY Fully Mature Sake👙 is an annual event at Kagataya. The sake is bottled in winter, matured in a refrigerator, and shipped in August when the sweetness has set in, making it quite elaborate. This year, there were three varieties: Hanaizumi, Chokaizan, and Yuho, and I bought the Chokaizan, which I had never had a regular label for before😄. The top aroma reminds me of sweet pear 🍐. The top nose reminds me of sweet pear 🍐, but it doesn't have the roughness of unfiltered raw sake, which may be an effect of aging. However, despite its gentle taste, it is quite acidic and a bit too sour for my taste 😅... I think people who are into this kind of taste will like it a lot 😁.

[Bubbly rice wine is a dangerous one 😝]. With such hot days continuing, this is a very Dangerous Sake that makes you want to drink it gulp it down 🚨. It's not low alcohol, so be careful not to run wild 🚧. No, seriously 😂. The carbon dioxide is added afterwards, so it's as strong and effervescent as Wilkinson ⚡. It's supposedly made with white malted rice, so it should be more sour than regular sake, but the strong carbonation makes it feel just right. Basically, I don't need any snacks, but if I had to choose one, I'd probably go with some cheese 🧀 which is not too strong... But why is it called Micro Bubble if it's so highly carbonated...? 🤔 Maybe it's a play on the name Michael Bublé❓❓

[My personal No. 1 brand last year 🏆]. A bottle of 100% Bizen Omachi 100% raw sake that is matured for about a year and a half at -5℃ in the company's ice-cooled storage facility before shipping 😆. The most memorable bottle we drank last year is available again this year 😍😍😍😍. The aroma is gentle but pear-like, and the palate is full of sweetness and thick umami. It has a round but firm drinking experience, and the subtle hint of maturity is irresistible 💯💯. The dish is better with something umami than something salty, and the non-sweet dashimaki egg is a surprisingly good match 😋. A satisfying work of art that is enough to be No.1 for two years in a row❗

[Favorite words on parade 🤣] "Arabashiri bottled in a light cloudy state and aged for six months in ice storage." I bought it without hesitation when I saw the POP description "Aged for six months in ice-cold storage", which is irresistible to those who love nama-juku and 100% Dewa Sanzu, which is Yamagata sake 🥳. All the words hit me with rare specs 😂. The top aroma is a little subdued and citrusy 🍋, with a strong effervescence even after 6 months of aging, and fresh on the palate 😊. Strong acidity and spiciness in the aftertaste. I would have liked to see more of a rounded, mature taste for my taste, but it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed in hot weather 😋. If I could keep it in the fridge for about 6 months to enhance the matured taste, it might become more to my liking, but I think that's a bit too hard 😅. By the way, the updated app for Android is so hard to use... 😮‍💨 It's heavy and the inability to search for maps from my page is fatal, so I decided to uninstall the app and use it from the web. Am I the only one with this symptom...? 🤔

Turtle-ling Kirei ✨] A brand that used to be easy to buy just a few years ago, but has suddenly become hard to find in the last few years💦. For sake breweries, there's nothing better than selling a lot of sake, and it's no wonder that good sake is hard to find😅. It has a gorgeous apple aroma and a rather strong fizzy taste. The sweet and delicious taste of modern sake spreads sizzlingly, and the sourness and bitterness you feel on the sides and back of your tongue gently linger in the middle of the taste buds. A beautiful sake that lives up to its name 🌟. I had a junmai sake of the same Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi a while ago, but to be honest, the junmai one was not very satisfying, so I think the junmai ginjo is more complete and delicious. [Taste enough for your needs 🤭]. Junmai Daiginjo bought at a nearby supermarket for around 500 yen for 300ml ✌️ It doesn't have much of a ginjo aroma or fullness of flavor. It is light and easy to drink, and the dryness and acidity of the aftertaste leave a lasting impression in the light mouthfeel. Well, it tastes neither good nor bad, but the price is reasonable 😁. You can buy it at the supermarket, and it doesn't seem to be a good match for any meal, so it's just right when you want to drink a quick bottle in a day 😄.

[something a little different from usual? 🤔] Thinking back, it was Tasake's special junmai that dragged me into the sake swamp eight and a half years ago😊. It's an eternal hall of fame brand for me, but for what it's worth, it's been about 2 years since I've bought Tasake Special Junmai. I don't remember drinking that much 😅. The top aroma and mouthfeel is very Tasake, but this time it seemed to be quite dry. I like Tazake because of the perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness, acidity, bitterness, and flavor, but this time it seemed to be more spicy on the radar chart. This is not bad at all, but in terms of balance, I felt it was a little off. Well, I guess climate, one's physical condition, and preservation methods can greatly change the way one perceives the flavor 💦.

[Taste somewhat reminiscent of grade 5. I've been saving some of Miyoshikiku's active nigori ✌ to drink when it gets hotter. The aroma is like the yeast aroma of baking bread. It is sparkling, so naturally it is highly carbonated. I thought it would have more sweetness, but I hardly felt any sweetness. It has a dry bitterness and a strong citrus acidity. I immediately associated it with Mets and Icebox (both grapefruit flavored) 😁. I remember when I was in 5th grade and my friends and I used to eat it when it was hot 😅... 😅 Also, as a sake, it has a strong sourness, so for my taste, I'd like to finish it as soon as possible while it's still carbonated💦.

Bitter Sweet Symphony I've only had one drink at a pub in the past, but this is my first ding 🫡 for drinking at home. Not tired, not hardworking, not happy, looks like a scruffy face to me 🤣. Green apple 🍏 smells quite strongly from the moment the bottle is opened. The bitterness comes before the sweetness, which is a bit unusual for me. The aftertaste is definitely pungent and delicious 😁. It is a bit naive of me to call it Bitter Sweet Symphony because the bitterness comes before the sweetness, but for some reason it just popped into my head. Hakutsuru Nishiki drinking comparison (2) Hakutsuru Nishiki, which we drank last year following Hakutsuru 😁. It has a sweeter aroma than Hakutsuru, and there is a slight effervescence that was not present in Hakutsuru, but it only occurs immediately after opening the bottle and quickly disappears. The flavor is darker than that of Hakutsuru, and it is easy to drink with a lot of umami on top 😊. However, I thought there was some kind of artificial sweetener in the aftertaste 😅... I think that sake brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki is limited in brands and you can't go wrong with it 🥰. Actually, I have a bottle of Jishin in my fridge, but that's a story for another time 🤭.

Hakutsuru Nishiki drinking comparison (1) Hakutsuru Nishiki Jun Daigin drinking comparison developed by Hakutsuru Shuzo. We will start with the original Hakutsuru 😊. The aroma is citrusy🍋 and a little nose pungent. There is a gentle elegant sweetness followed by a sourness, but it is not sweet and sour, but delicious. A very complete bottle with a clean yet exquisite umami and bitter aftertaste 🥰. To be honest, my expectations were not high because I had an image of packaged sake when I think of Hakutsuru, but it completely blew away my expectations ❗ I think it is a sake that can be enjoyed by everyone and is not inferior to Hakutsuru Nishiki, which we compared together ❗❗ It seems to be an original (?) from Hasegawa Sake Brewery. This one is a bit different from the matured Omachi sake I had last year, and I have the impression that it swings in a very sweet and juicy direction. I love the smell of Nabeshima. It's been quite a while since I've had any Nabeshima other than the Moon series. It had been about 3 years since the last Yamada Nishiki 😊. Immediately after opening the bottle, the fruity top notes that I associate with Nabeshima overflowed 🥭. The impression of the fruity top nose is immediately apparent ↪So_o_o_o_25D8↩ The wine is still very bubbly, juicy, sweet, and rich, with a slight bitterness in the finish. Ahhhh, yum 😆😆. When I drank the same Yamadanishiki 3 years ago, I think I felt a little more acidity and spiciness in the aftertaste, but this time I hardly felt it. Is it the difference between hi-ire and nama-nishiki? Or is it just my taste buds? 🤔 Whatever the case, a highly satisfying bottle 😊.
