Warmed up, it really comes into its own.
All the noukuchi I've had so far have had brewing alcohol in them, but this is the first time I've bought a raw version of a standard junmai sake: ✌️
It looks like it's been aged for at least a year, but you can't really taste the maturity😅.
It was hard and acidic right after opening the bottle, but after the third day, the umami took over and it became a little mellower.
When warmed up, the balance between acidity and richness improved and it was more enjoyable than cold sake👍.
