Already this year's No.1 candidate appears❗❗❗ I saw the sticker on the back of the bottle and decided to buy it immediately. I love sake that has been aged in ice temperature for almost a year 😍. The top aroma is mild and white ball type. It has a fairly robust umami and a slight matured taste that lingers in the aftertaste that is right up my alley ⚾. Mild and easy to drink with a sense of maturity, it's a real treat 😄. It seems to go well with all kinds of Japanese food, but I loved it with scallops grilled in butter and soy sauce, which is full of flavor 😋. It's only February, but I'm already happy to have found a bottle that will be my personal No.1 this year 🥰🥰.

Good morning, Chanmaya P. 😃 This was the one the waiter enthusiastically recommended to another customer at a familiar restaurant I visited yesterday! I didn't go through with it because I was looking for another sake, but if it's this year's No.1 candidate, I'll have to bring it back next time...

Yes, I have a ministry. I've been wondering about it for a while. Chanmaya P. thanks a lot & good morning 🌅. I didn't know there was a draft sake! (Was it originally only fire-aged?). I wonder if it's Yamahai? I'm so curious!

Good evening, Chanmaya P. 😊. I was curious to find it because of the rave reviews, I bought the regular version and am drinking it tonight. Delicious. I'm curious about the "ice-aged for almost a year" version, 😅

I heard that Sakaeran also sells a limited amount of raw sake every year! I've always been curious about this brand, but I've never tried it.

Hiraccio, the store I bought it from only had this version, so I didn't know there was a regular version of the sake 😅. I drank it up so quickly, I'm considering getting another 😁.
