I saw the sticker on the back of the bottle and decided to buy it immediately. I love sake that has been aged in ice temperature for almost a year 😍.
The top aroma is mild and white ball type. It has a fairly robust umami and a slight matured taste that lingers in the aftertaste that is right up my alley ⚾.
Mild and easy to drink with a sense of maturity, it's a real treat 😄.
It seems to go well with all kinds of Japanese food, but I loved it with scallops grilled in butter and soy sauce, which is full of flavor 😋.
It's only February, but I'm already happy to have found a bottle that will be my personal No.1 this year 🥰🥰.
