I've brought Mr. Super Rare with me.
Outside of my hometown, this rare sake is only available by reservation at Kagataya Sake Brewery in Tokyo and Kadoya Sake Brewery in Osaka 😲.
I had been through a few years since I knew it existed, but when I saw Rafa's rave reviews last year, I decided to buy it this year 😁.
The aroma is mild but sweet, reminiscent of honeyed apples 🍎.
The soft sweetness is felt first, followed by the richness and umami that overflows.
The aftertaste is slightly spicy and very drinkable and very tasty 🥰.
I'll be buying this again next year 😄.
