Not much of a top note, but a refreshing aroma like mint🌿.
The fizziness is reasonably strong, and the mouthfeel is dry with not much sweetness.
A refreshing sake with a fizzy, sour, and spicy character.
The label on the back says "sweet and spicy" for the Yamadanishiki sake I had before, and "acid and delicious" for this Omachi sake 😄.
