This is a light nigori that we drink every year. This year I was able to purchase it at a liquor store in Akita. It is not so tasty, perhaps my taste has changed recently. I feel the alcohol taste is too strong. My friends who bought it in Fukushima say it's not like that... Cherry blossoms in full bloom on the archway... A magnificent arch of cherry blossoms🌸 Chiyomusubi distribution has arrived and it's a good weekend!

Purchased at a liquor store in Akita Seems to be a prototype Koji rice is Gohyakumangoku I went to buy a formula. I bought this one on the recommendation of the manager. (How unprofessional...) I didn't realize it was alsobe... bought it. I noticed it when I looked at the label on the back. It was hard to see. I rarely drink alcoholic beverages, I drank it without really noticing. Special Honjozo Unfiltered Nama Sake Is the addition rate low? Sweet, umami, bitter (No acidity) As expected, the more you drink, the more you get the feeling that it has been alkaloed.... It is a little sweet.

first GIN storehouse I don't have a picture of the label because the sake was served in one mouthful. I was drinking Nabeshima and Kido no Nayaka, which I had never heard of. The face of the restaurant was nice. The part-time waitresses seem to be busy with welcome parties and farewell parties right now. It's an all-you-can-drink course for 5,500 yen. No alcohol to drink. Food is slow and additional drinks take time. In the cellar at the entrance is Jikin's Omachi and some other stuff. I don't drink, but Shinsei is over 3,000 a glass... I don't know... This is not the place for a party. It's for people who want to drink any kind of sake, or those who have money and really want to drink premier sake. I don't think I will go there again.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi. I guess it is fine to order individual drinks (expensive ones), but not all-you-can-drink. Even if the selection is good, it is impossible for me. Haven't commented... I'm on a business trip to Aomori, Hachinohe -> Mutsu -> Nobechi -> Aomori overnight. We had dinner at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that was highly rated on Google. The sake selection was small but tasty. We started with Hachinohe's Hachisen.
