I'm going to Ueda and Chikuma tomorrow, so I'm staying at Bessho Onsen in advance. A one-man consolation party at a local yakitori restaurant It was hot again today! Yakitori in Shinshu is served with oidare sauce, isn't it? I heard it's called "oi-tare" in Japanese. Of course, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery! This sake brewery also brews Tsukiyoshino! They are somewhat similar.

Hi Jive. There are only about 2 drinking establishments in the hot spring area. You can buy just two bottles of Kamerei at the brewery. (I think it is crowded though).

Last night, three of my high school and college club mates and I had a drink for the first time in 35 years. Held at a restaurant with a great oden menu. We didn't have any good sake because it was all-you-can-drink... We paid extra for a bottle of Miyuyo... I don't remember the food and drinks because we were talking so much... I didn't even take most of the pictures... It's been a while since we've had a good time drinking...

A sudden business trip to Nagano, Japan was decided... I will stay at Bessho Onsen on Sunday and tour around Ueda. I will be back and forth between Ueda and Nagano on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. So, I'm going to get rid of Kame's stock... Yamada-Nishiki has a strong alcohol taste. I made a pilgrimage to Okazaki. I could buy 9 bottles in 3 days... But I guess I'll have to fire-brew it... Of course, I will do my job well... There are two big projects! For the director in Ueda, it's a souvenir from Akabu. Today, an alumnus of the company gave me some edamame 🫛. I'm so happy!

This is the second time in three years that I've been to this brewery. After drinking the rest of the IMPRESSION? The mouthfeel is light... No.1 sake I've ever had! Three years ago, I also said it was soft to the taste. Is it a mimicry of the concept of Niigata sake, which is not light and dry but doesn't interfere with food? If you take it well, it's like that. At worst... it's like sake with water (°▽°).

Purchased in Goshogawara, Aomori If you like Omachi... and it was recommended by the wife of the liquor store. I wonder if this is the only place in Aomori. I wonder if it was my favorite flavor. First sip I thought "🙄 ". From the second sip, normal... But I can drink it swishily. So it's easy to drink.

Purchased in Akita, Japan. I realized that the number of stores that carry Nabeshima is increasing. I really felt it. Thank goodness! Nabeshima has a high proportion of Omachi, so sometimes I like something different. I think this is the first time for me to taste Aizan. Aizan has a sweet image, but this is different. I brought it to a company party and served it to everyone, so I couldn't drink much myself.

Drinking outside Part 5 Rajomon〜 We received this as a service from the restaurant... I wanted to drink more, but the store closes early I'm going to call it a night. Repeat for sure! I found a good place to go after Fukuji-san in Koriyama. But you have to take a cab to get there...

I was going to buy Junmai Omachi, but... But then I found Ura-Asakura... I was going to buy a Junmai Omachi, but then I found Ura-Asakura.... It claims to have a mellow mouthfeel, But for me, it had a refreshing mouthfeel. I wonder if this is a characteristic of Misato Nishiki... I want to taste the difference from Omachi.

When I hear it's limited, I buy it. It's made with old-fashioned nama-moto (raw yeast) and Tokyo University of Agriculture flower yeast, You buy sake rice from Watarifune, right? What's "Namemoto"? I'll look it up later. The aroma is a little bit of capsule aroma and a little bit of thinner smell. In the mouth, the sweetness quickly changes to bitterness, but there is no unpleasant taste. Not the type I dislike, but passable. A few days before Father's Day, Hakushu Highball went on sale, so I bought it in bulk. Tasted a bottle... A highball is not bad on a hot day.
