Fukumi, the third cup. This time we compare jackets 🍌 or 🐸 (tadpole) General, you have thought of many things! I had my first Tamako. I forget what it tasted like... The next day was a sweets showdown between Fukushima and Miyagi.

Masaaki Sapporo, thank you. We go out for shopping as a couple, so we need to buy alcohol +α. We used to be able to buy good sake when we were in Fukushima...

Fukumi-san's second drink The owner brought his recommendation. He said, "Please choose one you like... I chose Fukushima sake! He said it was a limited edition of Izumiya and not easily available. We had the fried noodles with starchy sauce as a side dish. I remember it was a very smooth sake. Oh, it was 1,000 checkin.

Congratulations on your 1000 check-ins, Goonyi Go! ㊗️ I'd love to try the Izumiya limited edition Lomang or something 😍❗️ If I pick up a bowl of ankake yakisoba, only the noodles will be left at the end 🤣.

P.S. Goonyi Go! I found out about Bessho Onsen through Sake-no-wa, and it's a shame I didn't know about it before 😁. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet the master brewer, but I was very happy to be able to visit the brewery ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Jive. Bessho Onsen is a bit expensive, but the spring quality is good! Bessho station (electric railway) is also quaint, isn't it? Didn't you see an old lady at the Okazaki Sake Brewery? (Actually, she is the chairman of the company.)

The next day, we left Sendai for Fukushima and Aizu. We stayed overnight in Koriyama and went to Fukumi Aji. Drinking with a close friend of mine who retired from a manufacturer. We drink on the recommendation of the owner of Fukumiji. We had a good conversation, so I don't know what kind of sake it was... I remember it was sweet. The owner brought a bottle of Jyushiyo... He said the price was 6,000 yen for a single sake! I politely declined... But I wanted to try it...(^^) The noisy lady next to me is in the picture. And she's looking at me...

Obon vacation was an overnight stay at my wife's parents' house. We took the ordinary road for a while from Morioka. We stopped at a restaurant where we could eat bear🐻 soba and had spicy tsuke-soba. The owner is cute. The tin sound we bought in Sendai blew up beautifully, probably because we were shaken by the car...

The party is now over and the payment is more than expected... Some of the young people asked for a lot of things... So, I was waiting for the cab to come... The manager came waiting for Wakanami. I drank it thinking, "Honjozo? What is this? I heard it's actually very popular and hard to find! I'll look for it next time!

Good evening, Goani-Goa-san! I drank Wakanami for the first time in January and loved it! Next time I go to Saga in December, I will aim for Wakanami 😎. The brewery is located near Saga airport 😃. Only 20 minutes by car.

Hi bebe. Please try this Honjozo at Wakanami. I heard that it costs 2,000 yen per bottle, but you will be surprised. I heard that you can't get it at a liquor store, but I think you can buy it at a sake brewery.

Fourth drink of the summer party I don't often drink Shinsei, but there was a bottle of Nirvana Turtle, so I decided to have it... It's easier to drink than I thought! This place is a diner, but when I make a reservation, they prepare dishes accordingly. Thank you very much. Sashimi, grilled fish, and fried fish were all delicious. I was worried about the price when I drank so much... I guess it's time to call it a night.

The second drink at the company's summer party is this. It's good, but it's not as good as the second one after the Hanayokyu. The richness of the Huayouyasumi makes it seem thinner than the Huayouyasumi. It's a bit extravagant...

Masumi seems to be a major player in Nagano Why don't I think of buying much? I forgot what it tastes like. At noon, under the blazing sun, I stood in line for 30 minutes to eat Sanada Soba (buckwheat noodles served with miso sauce). Put miso, nameko mushrooms, and dried bonito in a bowl with soup stock and dissolve miso. Then, add some soba-tsuyu (buckwheat noodle soup) as a secret ingredient. The soba noodles are thick and firm, so you can eat them with gusto. In my opinion, I prefer thin noodles.

I'll give it to you anyway. When I left the store, I found something amazing. Was this place better? Not many brands I know...

I'm going to Ueda and Chikuma tomorrow, so I'm staying at Bessho Onsen in advance. A one-man consolation party at a local yakitori restaurant It was hot again today! Yakitori in Shinshu is served with oidare sauce, isn't it? I heard it's called "oi-tare" in Japanese. Of course, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery! This sake brewery also brews Tsukiyoshino! They are somewhat similar.

Hi Jive. There are only about 2 drinking establishments in the hot spring area. You can buy just two bottles of Kamerei at the brewery. (I think it is crowded though).

Last night, three of my high school and college club mates and I had a drink for the first time in 35 years. Held at a restaurant with a great oden menu. We didn't have any good sake because it was all-you-can-drink... We paid extra for a bottle of Miyuyo... I don't remember the food and drinks because we were talking so much... I didn't even take most of the pictures... It's been a while since we've had a good time drinking...

A sudden business trip to Nagano, Japan was decided... I will stay at Bessho Onsen on Sunday and tour around Ueda. I will be back and forth between Ueda and Nagano on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. So, I'm going to get rid of Kame's stock... Yamada-Nishiki has a strong alcohol taste. I made a pilgrimage to Okazaki. I could buy 9 bottles in 3 days... But I guess I'll have to fire-brew it... Of course, I will do my job well... There are two big projects! For the director in Ueda, it's a souvenir from Akabu. Today, an alumnus of the company gave me some edamame 🫛. I'm so happy!

It is called the Central Leap No. Tenmei Leap Go (before blending) There is no reason why it is not good! Sweet and bitter: ‼️ The mouthfeel is smooth, no sharpness. Expensive, but... Worth drinking No.1 of the year. It was stored horizontally so something came out! Licked it and it tasted median with no bitterness

This is the second time in three years that I've been to this brewery. After drinking the rest of the IMPRESSION? The mouthfeel is light... No.1 sake I've ever had! Three years ago, I also said it was soft to the taste. Is it a mimicry of the concept of Niigata sake, which is not light and dry but doesn't interfere with food? If you take it well, it's like that. At worst... it's like sake with water (°▽°).
