Why don't I think of buying much?
I forgot what it tastes like.
At noon, under the blazing sun, I stood in line for 30 minutes to eat Sanada Soba (buckwheat noodles served with miso sauce).
Put miso, nameko mushrooms, and dried bonito in a bowl with soup stock and dissolve miso. Then, add some soba-tsuyu (buckwheat noodle soup) as a secret ingredient.
The soba noodles are thick and firm, so you can eat them with gusto.
In my opinion, I prefer thin noodles.
