Yesterday, I was healed at Samoyed Cafe in Sendai and brought back some o-hagi (rice balls), umotan (sea urchin), and hokki meshi rice as souvenirs from "Saichi". Let's end the year 2024 with a hana-yori. The Hana-yosu has such an impact that it erases the existence of Tsushimaya, which we drank yesterday. I was not able to play an active role in my work this year, but I did a good job of sowing seeds, so next year, the flowers will bloom and the sun will shine. Tomorrow is the New Year, and I would like to bask in the sunrise. But it's impossible... (Impossible word combination...)

Happy New Year to you, goonyi goonyi 🎍✨ The sun rises, the sun shines, and the flowers bloom....a wonderful and auspicious combination of words in hana-abi 😳 I had some o-hagi from Saichi when I was in Akiu before 😋. I look forward to working with you again this year 😌.

Good morning, goonyi goonyi 😃Happy new year 🌅. Samoyed used to live with my sister and I miss her 😌If the flowers bloom, the sun rises and I take a morning bath, it will be perfect 😁Please keep up the good work this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻‍♀️

Happy New Year, Kotaro-san! Did you know about Saichi? They have good o-hagi (rice cakes) and other side dishes as well. I can't open Hanayo unless there is some event. (^^)

Happy New Year, Jay & Nobby! That's awesome that you had a Samoyed. I didn't know there was a way to take a morning bath 😅. Maybe next year I'll bring in a hana-yori and stay at a hot spring where I can see the sunrise... I look forward to working with you again this year.

I met his wife's mother in Miyagi. I was glad to see her in good health. The harvest this time I bought it without thinking about the space in the cellar... The last liquor store we stopped at was unexpectedly selling "Iraka"! Now, let's see what Tsushimaya had this time... So sweet. It was like licking cotton candy. I didn't know Miyamanishiki could be this sweet. There is almost no alcohol taste. The mouthfeel is soft, and there is a nice bitterness in the back of the throat. But not too sweet...

Haginotsuru's Test Brewing I bought it without a second thought. The taste was dry, but as I drank it, the dryness disappeared. But as I drank it, the spiciness disappeared. It's good as a food sake, isn't it? We picked up his wife's car and drove straight into Sendai. Shiny and shiny ✨ We got off at the Izumi Interchange and were waiting at a traffic light when we saw a Ferrari... We went on to the Lamborghini and Porsche dealerships.... It's a sight for sore eyes.

New Year's Holiday starts today! 9 consecutive holidays! I went to my wife's parents' house (Sendai) right away. We arrived in the evening, making a detour on the way. Kawashima Sake Shop didn't sell Suzune, so we went to "Yamaya". We went to "Yamaya" to buy some sake for the wife's supper. Her repertoire is growing. Since it is the end of the year, we bought a little expensive Suzune... The most expensive one, GALA, is 9% alcohol. WABI is 5% alcohol. I was shaken by a car so I blew it out. 💦. I think it was delicious because I drank it without saying anything. (I wish you would have said something about what you thought...) On the way back to Ichinoseki, I had a sesame-slice soft serve... They served me so much that it overflowed the cone....

I had an extra entry ticket for Mariya Takeuchi's concert, so I gave it to a customer, who gave it to me as a thank-you for winning. (I also won a ticket). I don't drink rice wine for the most part. I had an image that it was an old-fashioned sake. However, this one was quite good. It has a good acidity even though it is Yamahai, which I am not very good at. It was hard right after opening the bottle, but became milder as the day went by. Hachinohe has less snowfall than Tsugaru. Yamazaki got it well. Let's give it to relatives at New Year's.

Good evening, bebe-san. plastics Love is Mariya Takeuchi? Yamashita Tatsuro? Yamashita Tatsuro is kudoed. (^^) I am going to visit both of my parents' houses during the year-end and New Year's holidays. Tonight we are staying at my wife's parents' house in Sendai. We bought a lot of sake at the liquor store!

Taiwan is located in the subtropical Dist. No snowfall Tropical hot summers and relatively mild winters Winter is not so cold, lasting only two months, January and February.

Good morning, bebe. Well, Taiwan is subtropical. It was south of Okinawa. (^^) I think the sake I'm interested in is "Iraka". I managed to find it yesterday in Miyagi Prefecture.

I have been curious about mellow for a long time. Finally, I got it. I also got a bottle of Tenmei Kijoshu to compare. It is not so sweet that it is undrinkable, as is often the case with kijoshu, and it is easy to sip. Compared to Tenmei, it has a stronger alcohol taste, and it comes down the back of the throat with a sharp kick.

Karoyaka Kijoshu Namae: ❗️ Hmm🤔Akebono is aggressive! Compared with the mellow I bought the other day Akebono (Kijoshu) vs Raifuku (Kijoshu) It's a sweeter kijoshu, but not as sweet as the monsoon from Laughing Four Seasons. I wondered if there was honey in it since it was called "honey". I thought so, but the aroma and sweetness are like honey... It has the sweetness of a noble sake, though. Hmmm... confusing, to use your own expression... If I say the acidity is citrusy, which is typical of Tenmei, it's citrusy... It is not as alcoholic as mellow, and is easy to drink. Easy to drink. Tenmei wins this match.

I was lucky to get it, I gave it away to a relative who insisted on having it (//∇//) It was sold for almost double the price on the internet... I would never sell it and drink it, though. Hexagon has a serial number, so if the reseller is caught reselling it, the liquor store there will stop shipping. If my relatives resell it.............................oh no😅

This year's nouveau smells like cemedine. On the second day, the smell was gone, but the alcohol taste was stronger. I drink this every year, but I don't remember it being like this. I found a good Western-style restaurant in Mizusawa. The price is reasonable and the quality is high!

More and more stores are selling chrysanthemum, making it easier to buy. Ginkai just arrived! Open the bottle immediately! The ocean series is not too sweet, even if it is a sweet type of Kangiku. (Even if it is sweet, it is still acceptable.)

Business meeting with college juniors? We had a business meeting, but... we drank together. My favorite M in such a place! I'm sure my favorite liquor store doesn't have M in stock. I asked him about it, and he said he buys it from a liquor store in Hokkaido. It's still as good as ever! I'm sure our business conversation will go well. Maybe it's the good sake!

I went to the liquor store. I found a bottle of sparkling Shichiken and asked if it was in stock... It's a bit against the rules, but I'll upload it. Smoky highball when mixed with sparkling water: ❗️ Not quite a Hakushu highball, but... This one is... It's more affordable than a four-pack of sake. I have the original, but I want to have it! It tastes strongly acidic. I don't know if it tastes like this... (I've had 2 bottles before and they said the aftertaste was acidic) This year's special junmai is not well balanced. Sexy peach recommended by the clerk 🍑. This sake is absolutely delicious the day after opening the bottle. The corners are removed and the flavor is enhanced 😋. On the third day, after swallowing, the alcohol feeling comes with a bang! Our Kame🐢 age is looking amazing... I will never see this lineup again. You'd make a hell of a lot of money if you put it up for auction... But the drinkers will have it for themselves... But the timing of drinking is not right...(^^)

N of the IMPRESSION series Hard to buy because it's purely large. This is the second time I've bought it. This was the only one I could find last time. I like type M but I can't come across it due to bad timing. This one tastes good too. I found a turkey highball at Aeon and bought it on impulse. I like turkey, but lately I've been drinking sake... It's a bit thin in my opinion.

I bought it again this year. You can't miss this one: ❗️ The aroma is alcoholic, but not so much on the palate. It has a nice balance of mild bitterness and umami. It has a good balance. I like the taste. Nagano sake checks in! Nagano sake is of a high level! If you drive to Ichinoseki, you can't miss Shoeido (^^) this time 5 kinds 🍡 😋. I was told that I would no longer be able to drink classic Sentori. I found Yumachi and bought it immediately! It is totally different from Omae Sake's Omachi! It had a gentle acidity among the Sengoku I drank. Maybe because it was after Gozenshu (whiskey)... I'm looking forward to seeing how it ages tomorrow! Today I went to FM Iwate's 39th anniversary public recording. Ei-chan and Hotei-san were there before...
