When I hear it's limited, I buy it. It's made with old-fashioned nama-moto (raw yeast) and Tokyo University of Agriculture flower yeast, You buy sake rice from Watarifune, right? What's "Namemoto"? I'll look it up later. The aroma is a little bit of capsule aroma and a little bit of thinner smell. In the mouth, the sweetness quickly changes to bitterness, but there is no unpleasant taste. Not the type I dislike, but passable. A few days before Father's Day, Hakushu Highball went on sale, so I bought it in bulk. Tasted a bottle... A highball is not bad on a hot day.

I am new to Hato Masamune. If I hadn't learned about it from Manachie I would not have had a chance to drink it... I bought it at a liquor store when I was on a business trip to Misawa. After opening the bottle, the lees danced. The smell is almost like cider. The first sip is "sweet" (^^) Shuwa shuwa. The bitter taste at the end is not too sweet. It is the same kind of cider as "Naraman Origaraumi" and "Banshu Ikkou Origaraumi". It is the same kind of cider as Naraman Ori-Garami, Banshu-Ichiken Ori-Garami, etc., but it is not that bitter. This is a winner. Candy of 🍎 from Oirase roadside station we stopped by last week. As expected from an apple producing area😅

On a business trip to Tokyo, I went to Ginza Kimishimaya. The Ryuriki I was looking for was not available (only the expensive one), but... Chose Gozenshu, which is not available in Tohoku... The waiter told us that Gozenshu is mostly made from Bodaihashiroshi. I wondered if it was the same as the one I was drinking before. It has more acidity than Chiyomusubi, and has a unique aroma (which I don't like so much). Well, it is acceptable.

I wanted to drink Kaze no Mori for the first time in a while, so I bought it in Akita during a break from work. Recently, more and more stores are selling Kaze no Mori and Nabeshima. I think Akitsuho is the best Kaze no Mori. The wisteria flowers started to be lit up last week, but it was a bit early. But the night view is beautiful, so that's good. It must have been quite crowded. The grated pork cutlet was delicious (^^) The second restaurant was Roses, where we had a toast.
