On a business trip to Ueda in August, I was informed that 🐢san stocked quite a bit of Kamerei Premium Gold and that I could buy Kamerei Premium Gold from a liquor store...
I opened a bottle of Yamae Nishiki!
I compared it with Wakanami...
This one is definitely better.
It's more umami, or rather, it's darker.
I happened to go to the hospital and saw a labot, "Castella-chan"...
I could tell from the coloring.
He was so cute, he played with me while I was waiting.
It's soothing, but at 500,000 yen...
When I came to Iwate, I had much less chance to drink Jikin.
I guess I will drink it once a year from now on.
I really wanted to drink Asahi, but I couldn't resist and bought Senbon-Nishiki.
I could choose between 2 bottles of Yongo or 1 bottle of Ichimasu, so I decided on 2 bottles of Yongo and drank them right away.
I knew Jikin was good (^^)
No doubt about it!
For the 12th year in a row, I went to a Tatsuro Yamashita concert.
I went to a Tatsuro Yamashita concert for the 12th year in a row.
This time at Sendai Sunplaza (first time here)
I was seated on the second floor, but I had a great time!
The goods were Tatsu Curry (^^)
I had purchased it during my Obon shopping trip to Fukushima.
It is the famous Honjozo in town. â
Honjozo, will it be followed by an instrument?
I don't drink alsode much, but I tried to join the trend.
Tingling in the mouth.
The moderate bitterness is nice.
I don't feel like it's brewed while it's cold.
But as the temperature rises, you can tell it's an alcoholic beverage.
I like it while it's cold.
I can see why it's so popular.
I saw the Omagari fireworks for the first time.
We had a special seat on the pier above a customer's warehouse to watch the fireworks until the end.
It was after 25:00 when I arrived home, but I was impressed by the power of the fireworks.
It is nice to see fireworks set to music, isn't it?
Good evening, Go-ni-Go-san ^_^
It's a simple gora nice label👍
Omagari Fireworks is nice.
I want to drink Wakanami.
I want to see the fireworks.
If it's a honjozo, don't forget Isojumma from Shizuoka 😁.
Good morning, Manta-san.
Yes, there was also Isojiman, wasn't there? I don't drink much brewed sake, so I didn't think of it. The momentary brilliance and transience of fireworks. The passion of the pyrotechnicians who put their heart and soul into it. I am deeply moved by it.
Gonoi's PB is now available at ‼️
Its name is "Michi
This is the second PB after "Michi".
I went to Fukushima for the Bon Festival and dropped by...
(It's not a side trip, it's the main one...)
I found a label I didn't know.
I immediately took it home.
super bebe is waiting for my review so I opened the bottle.
The lees are awesome!
The bottle was opened with a pop!
The aroma is gorgeous right after opening the bottle.
(After a little while, the standing aroma is weak)
I have high expectations for it!
First, let's start with the top clear distillate...(^^)
Slightly tangy
It starts with a gentle acidity.
Umami comes in
A little bitterness
The aftertaste is long.
Well balanced
Next, we will mix the lees... ♪
The sweetness stands out!
But it's not unpleasant sweetness, it's elegant.
This is good!
I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes over time 😊.
Go-ni-Go-san Good evening (^o^) I also visited Gonoi Sake Shop last week and bought it ✨I am really looking forward to drinking it now after reading your review!
Good morning, Mr. Sashiu.
I see you bought one too...
This time it is brewed at Toyokuni across the street from Gonoi!
It is as good as the previous "O"!
Good evening 🏃 Good evening 🏃 Good evening 🏃 Good evening
Thank you for taking it so quickly 🙇.
It looks very, very good as you described 🥰.
o I love light cloudy sake.
This is a lot of lees too.
I'll be so excited when I see it (٩٩)
I'm thinking of doing a courier service to your hotel while I'm in Japan in December 😆.
Good evening, bebe-san... I also opened it because I wanted to taste it as soon as possible. It has more sweetness than the Central, and the acidity is gentle.
It is cloudy because there is a lot of lees in the bottle. Since it is junmai...
Seven Sages, which I pop in a few times a year.
I was too lazy to drink it.
A fitting end to a nine-day weekend.
It's silky with a little bit of alcohol.
You say it's lightly cloudy.
It's a little bit cloudy, but not too much.
Mr. Fukumi, the fourth cup.
Another brand I've never had before...
It tasted like something I've never had before...
This is the last one this time.
I got a lot of things this time too...
Thank you very much, bebe😊.
I bought all of them at 3 liquor stores in Miyagi and Fukushima.
The first one is a gift from the president of Gonoi 😏 The second one from the left is a collaboration between Toyokuni Shuzo and Gonoi (like the first one).
Fukumi, the third cup.
This time we compare jackets 🍌 or 🐸 (tadpole)
General, you have thought of many things!
I had my first Tamako.
I forget what it tasted like...
The next day was a sweets showdown between Fukushima and Miyagi.
Masaaki Sapporo, thank you.Â
We go out for shopping as a couple, so we need to buy alcohol +α.
We used to be able to buy good sake when we were in Fukushima...
Fukumi-san's second drink
The owner brought his recommendation.
He said, "Please choose one you like...
I chose Fukushima sake!
He said it was a limited edition of Izumiya and not easily available.
We had the fried noodles with starchy sauce as a side dish.
I remember it was a very smooth sake.
Oh, it was 1,000 checkin.
Congratulations on your 1000 check-ins, Goonyi Go! ㊗️ I'd love to try the Izumiya limited edition Lomang or something 😍❗️
If I pick up a bowl of ankake yakisoba, only the noodles will be left at the end 🤣.
Congratulations on your 1000 check-ins 🎉🎊, Goonyi Go!
Limited sake! It's perfect for Kiriban 😊That looks delicious with so many ingredients 😻I love the crispy part but it doesn't seem to come up very often 😆.
Congratulations on your 1000 check-ins, GoonyiGo!
You have a great style to reach this milestone so quickly 😁.
I got to the Okazaki Sake Brewery that you told me about the other day and got the product I was looking for ✨.
Thank you, Jive.
I used to drink 1,000 all the time...
Bessho Onsen is quite nice. The feeling of being in the countryside...
I'm glad you were able to buy Kamerei.
Did you get to meet Mr. Okazaki Mitsuri Touji?
Good evening, GoonyiGo😃!
Congratulations on your 1000 check-ins ㊗️ 🎉I was drinking a thousand bottles when I looked back 😌, that's too cool 😊Yes, it's Fukushima sake 🤗.
P.S. Goonyi Go!
I found out about Bessho Onsen through Sake-no-wa, and it's a shame I didn't know about it before 😁.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet the master brewer, but I was very happy to be able to visit the brewery ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Jive.
Bessho Onsen is a bit expensive, but the spring quality is good!
Bessho station (electric railway) is also quaint, isn't it?
Didn't you see an old lady at the Okazaki Sake Brewery? (Actually, she is the chairman of the company.)
P.S. Goonyi goyi goyi (2)
It was pricey, but I liked it very much because of its accessibility via Hokuriku Shinkansen 😁.
Ah! I see 😲The chairman was there and paid the bill ✨.
The next day, we left Sendai for Fukushima and Aizu.
We stayed overnight in Koriyama and went to Fukumi Aji.
Drinking with a close friend of mine who retired from a manufacturer.
We drink on the recommendation of the owner of Fukumiji.
We had a good conversation, so I don't know what kind of sake it was...
I remember it was sweet.
The owner brought a bottle of Jyushiyo...
He said the price was 6,000 yen for a single sake!
I politely declined...
But I wanted to try it...(^^)
The noisy lady next to me is in the picture.
And she's looking at me...
The sparklers I bought for myself, I gave them to my father-in-law's Buddhist altar and enjoyed them.
Sendai is nice, and I can buy hana-yosu.
Let's come back again.
Obon vacation was an overnight stay at my wife's parents' house.
We took the ordinary road for a while from Morioka.
We stopped at a restaurant where we could eat bear🐻 soba and had spicy tsuke-soba.
The owner is cute.
The tin sound we bought in Sendai blew up beautifully, probably because we were shaken by the car...
The party is now over and the payment is more than expected...
Some of the young people asked for a lot of things...
So, I was waiting for the cab to come...
The manager came waiting for Wakanami.
I drank it thinking, "Honjozo?
What is this?
I heard it's actually very popular and hard to find!
I'll look for it next time!
Good evening, Goani-Goa-san!
I drank Wakanami for the first time in January and loved it!
Next time I go to Saga in December, I will aim for Wakanami 😎.
The brewery is located near Saga airport 😃.
Only 20 minutes by car.
Hi bebe. Please try this Honjozo at Wakanami. I heard that it costs 2,000 yen per bottle, but you will be surprised. I heard that you can't get it at a liquor store, but I think you can buy it at a sake brewery.
Fourth drink of the summer party
I don't often drink Shinsei, but there was a bottle of Nirvana Turtle, so I decided to have it...
It's easier to drink than I thought!
This place is a diner, but when I make a reservation, they prepare dishes accordingly.
Thank you very much.
Sashimi, grilled fish, and fried fish were all delicious.
I was worried about the price when I drank so much...
I guess it's time to call it a night.
The second drink at the company's summer party is this.
It's good, but it's not as good as the second one after the Hanayokyu.
The richness of the Huayouyasumi makes it seem thinner than the Huayouyasumi.
It's a bit extravagant...
Company Summer Party
Let everyone in the company overturn the concept of sake!
That's the name of the party.
After quenching our thirst with 🍺, we started with Hana-yosu!
After we had our match, we were told to have another one....
I was told, "Please enjoy the others...
I was too busy looking for something else.
Izakaya Shinkansen Opening
I wanted to try it!
I bought it today for myself 🐢.
Good night!
I want to eat the Sanzoku bento turtle I bought in front of Ueda station, but
I can't stop smelling the garlic...
I'll keep it quiet today.
And if you come to Ueda, it's Misuzu candy, right?
Good evening, Jay & Nobby... I bought some fried chicken but quit because it was bothering people around me. I was picking up enoki (enoki mushrooms) recommended by Mr. Miyazato Okazaki, the chief brewer.
I'm worried about the stares of the people around me.
They might think I'm a weirdo.
Masumi seems to be a major player in Nagano
Why don't I think of buying much?
I forgot what it tastes like.
At noon, under the blazing sun, I stood in line for 30 minutes to eat Sanada Soba (buckwheat noodles served with miso sauce).
Put miso, nameko mushrooms, and dried bonito in a bowl with soup stock and dissolve miso. Then, add some soba-tsuyu (buckwheat noodle soup) as a secret ingredient.
The soba noodles are thick and firm, so you can eat them with gusto.
In my opinion, I prefer thin noodles.
Last night, a get-together with manufacturers and customers.
This Izakaya Kamerei was mentioned on the menu, but it was out of stock.
I asked him to choose this one, but he didn't expect it to be ...
I'll give it to you anyway.
When I left the store, I found something amazing.
Was this place better?
Not many brands I know...
