I wish it was as cute as that. From the brewery Sake that is described as "dry" is not "spicy" but "not sweet". It is just like life! What is "☆"? Life is certainly not sweet. LUNCH DRINK - NIGHT DRINK With Mr. Higu Toyo no Ume I was a bit nervous about this sake because of the words on the label and the fact that it was from Kochi. I was a bit nervous about it, Fresh and refreshing. It tastes surprisingly modern. The master recommended this sake, saying that Mashidaya went all the way to Kochi to buy it! This! Heaven White The first time I drank Tenmei, it was a peach heaven. I was shocked at how delicious it was. I loved it, Black, White and Peach. To be honest, I was sad when the master brewer was replaced. But after drinking Hakuten I thought he was taking good care of the tradition. Well, I can't tell the difference in taste...lol. I know what I like and what I don't like. I still like it. Tenbi ♡

Toast Festa with Local Sake Warming up Soba noodle shop, a staple for lunchtime drinking. The previous day's Nabeshima was delicious, again. And the second drink! Kamo Kanehide! A summery, crisp flavor. The flavor is fresh, but the umami spreads out. It has a nice sharpness, so you can enjoy it easily. It also has a bit of bitterness.
