I hear that Miyama is refreshing, but it has a gentle umami flavor and is 13 degrees, so you can drink it even if you don't have an entrée.

These three dishes are a gift from the master!
Junmai Daiginjyo Doubottori
Is there even such a Tasake? This is a Tasake with a round sweetness that makes you wonder "Is there such a Tasake?
Manotsuru] Chou-harakuchi junmai genmai hiyagoroshi (hiyagoroshi).
The sake is only shipped as "Cho Manotsuru Super Dry Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu" when the sake level exceeds +20 degrees Celsius.
The sake is only shipped when the sake degree exceeds +20 degrees Celsius.
So it is only once every two or three years.
This is a must for those who like dry sake.
No label, specs unknown.
This is a sake of some kind that is scheduled to be entered in next year's sake competition.

Recently, Higu and I started walking because we realized our lack of exercise and physical fitness.
Kawazu cherry blossoms in Joshi Park were in bud last week, but today they are in full bloom 🌸🌸🌸.

And at a soba noodle shop introduced to me by Kotori-san.
Spring again.
(It is near Kurata-san! I got a little lost last time, so I went there to have a look).
Amabuki, a bright pink rosé sake made with Tsukishita-bijin yeast, strawberry yeast, and black rice.
Both the pretty label and the beautiful pink color got me excited ⤴︎ ⤴︎
The mild umami of rice spreads out and the aftertaste is very refreshing due to the acidity.
The taste does not betray its appearance.
