It is a house drink, lunch only. Today is my first Koei Kiku. I have been looking at your posts for a while and wanted to try this one. I bought this bottle at a renewed store (Kogure Shoten). When the bottle is opened, it releases gas and has a subtle fruity aroma and sweetness. After that, it finishes with sourness and umami. It is a refreshing and delicious sake.

Drinking at home. Today is Tuesday, my day off from work. It's only the customary lunchtime. One of my favorite bottles I bought the other day. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma, and the acidity comes in and makes you think it is sweet-umami, but when you eat it after a sweet dish (dashi tamago, tataki maki), it changes from spicy to umami. It's a food sake that matches and complements the food. Delicious.

Drinking at home. I was off work today and went to the newly renovated Kogure Sake Shop, which I had been curious about for some time. The store was clean and full of the sake I had been looking for. This time, I chose one of them and had a bottle of Kabutomushi. The aroma was slightly fruity, and it had the sweetness, acidity, and umami that are typical of Senkou. The sourness remains at the end, and then it breaks off. The acidity remains at the end, and it cuts through the smell of the bonito tataki. It is a delicious drink.

Home drinking. Today is my day off, so it's only lunchtime as usual. I chose Kamonishiki Junmai Ginjo Nama, a Japanese sake from Niigata. The fruity aroma is followed by spiciness and umami, and then it finishes cleanly. While watching the recorded video of a house with a pothole, we enjoy it with grilled chicken, sashimi, and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) as snacks. It is a delicious drink.

Home Drinking. Today is the second bottle while watching my favorite Rokkaku-san's drinking trip. I chose Echigo Tsurukame, brewed with wine yeast. The low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius combined with the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. The light ginjo-shu aroma is followed by sweetness and acidity. It is a delicious drink similar to white wine. Enjoy the scenery of Shikoku Road (drinking iron) while enjoying the emotion and sake.

Home drinking. Closed today. It is my favorite daytime drink. Today's drink is a dry junmai from Yamagata Masamune, which I always pick up at the liquor store. When you open the cork, it has a subtle fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, the spiciness comes through. The spiciness of the sake is very appropriate for a dry junmai, and it removes the smell of the dried bonito sashimi to enhance its flavor. After that comes the umami of the sake. Home drinking. Lunch only. It has been a long time since I drank a bottle of ICHIHAKUSUISEI today. The spring pink label is very attractive. When the bottle is opened, a sweet aroma spreads. When you take it to your mouth, sweetness comes first, followed by spiciness and umami. Finally, the spiciness wears off. The best dishes are tuna, bonito tataki, and horse mackerel with nanbanzuke. It is a delicious food sake.

Today is my first vacation in a while, and I'm having a drink at home from noon. My son gave me this sake as a birthday gift. It is my first Sharaku Junmai sake. The aroma is not strong, but the fruity aroma is balanced with sweetness, spiciness, astringency, and umami, and the spiciness remains at the end, but it finishes cleanly. Delicious.

Today is my day off. I bought this sake after my hanami last week. This is my first saké, a Yuki no Mayu from Mt. Naeba, the same ski resort I used to visit when I was young. On the palate, a faint fruity aroma is followed by sourness and sweetness. Finally, it finishes with a touch of spiciness and astringency. It does not have a strong claim, but it has a cohesive taste.
