Drinking at home.
Today is my day off from work. The world is buoyed by the arrival of Golden Week, but I'm usually working tomorrow, and I'll use my precious time off for whatever time I want.
So, it's only my favorite lunchtime drink.
Today's drink is my favorite Hoshitenkouro Junmai Daiginjo by Eikofuji.
After opening the bottle, it has a faint fruity aroma, and sweetness and acidity come to the palate.
After that, the umami comes and then breaks off.
The acidity remains somewhat, but it is a delicious cup.
