Home drinking. Today's sake is a 100% Tamanao sake from Eikofuji. The first aroma comes from the edible rice. The taste is umami from spiciness. The sweetness, a characteristic of Eiko-Fuji, is not strongly felt, and it wears off with a hint of sweetness. It is a delicious food sake.
