It has been a long time since I drank a bottle of ICHIHAKUSUISEI today.
The spring pink label is very attractive.
When the bottle is opened, a sweet aroma spreads.
When you take it to your mouth, sweetness comes first, followed by spiciness and umami.
Finally, the spiciness wears off.
The best dishes are tuna, bonito tataki, and horse mackerel with nanbanzuke.
It is a delicious food sake.
