Drinking at home.
Today is Tuesday, my day off from work.
It's only the customary lunchtime.
One of my favorite bottles I bought the other day.
The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma, and the acidity comes in and makes you think it is sweet-umami, but when you eat it after a sweet dish (dashi tamago, tataki maki), it changes from spicy to umami.
It's a food sake that matches and complements the food.
Delicious.
