Ikezuki is a solid hi-ire for outside drinking, but this was my first time drinking it at home and it was a raw Ikezuki 🥳It's delicious ✨.

It has a soft, mellow, umami taste with a hint of sweetness, and I think it's a good sake for any dish 🥳.

It tastes twice as good if you drink it while watching the cherry blossoms 🌸😋.

The aroma is a bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness and umami of the rice is elegant in the mouth 😘The aftertaste is short and disappears quickly 😚👍. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake 🥳👍

This is the first time I've had Kamikimoto's light nigori, and it's a great sake to have with food when you're cherry blossom viewing this time of year 🥳✨. The fourth photo is of a rare lunch at a sushi restaurant that reopened the other day for a company welcome and farewell party. I don't think I can detect much aroma 🤔The taste is refreshing ✨The mild rice flavor and crisp sweetness comes in smoothly 😘The aftertaste is also non-habitual and disappears quickly 😚👍. Today it went well with grilled shiitake mushrooms and chilled tofu like Noto Temari 🥰This is a delicious sake that is easy to pair with food ✨🥳.

It was always available in supermarkets and convenience stores in the prefecture, but after the earthquake we couldn't find it because it was out of stock 😢This is Sogen's Kenzan that we bought last year 😀. Although it is a second-grade sake, it is a slightly sweet sake overall, with a good taste of glutinous rice 🌾 and a nice aroma that spreads in the mouth 😚👍. It's a little more refreshing than the usual Hatsuzakura, but has just the right amount of sweetness and rice flavor 👌It's still a delicious sake✨. Next, we warmed it up to lukewarm using the "Kanmakase" sake warming machine we installed this year 😚♨️ The aroma is milder than cold 🤔The sweetness and umami in the mouth is a bit more muted than cold, but the aroma through the nose is much more delicious 😊. It was a cold day today, so I liked it warmed ✨🥰🥰It is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed cold or warmed 🥳👍.
