The aroma is mild yet fragrant😊Light on the palate, with a good balance of beautiful sweetness and moderate acidity 😚👍✨This is a delicious guy, just like Yamamoto-san, with a crisp and clean taste😍. The fourth photo is my first drinking debut on the shinkansen going from Akita to Yokohama for an exam at the end of November. Chicken rice and one cup. Exams aside, it's nice to drink sake while eating ekiben from noon 😘.

The spoils of my business trip to Akita, Part ⑬ I came back yesterday from my business trip to Akita 🏠. The weather was stormy, as we are on the same side of the Sea of Japan 😵, but it seemed a little warmer than in Akita😇. Today I had some Takashimizu that I bought at Yamaya in Akita 😋. The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is light and refreshing and you won't get tired of drinking it 😚👍✨It's a delicious sake that goes well with any food 😋✨✨and it's also very cost effective ✨✨✨✨. The 4th picture is the last ramen on my business trip to Akita, pork bone soy sauce ramen from Fukurokuju Ramen😊The pork bone base and soy sauce were a perfect match and I even finished the soup 😘💕💕.

Akita Business Trip No.10 Today, I got a bottle of Ryoseki Sake Brewery's Ginmon no Ura (silver crest), which I saw for the first time at a nearby supermarket, ITOKU 😋. The aroma is sweet and gorgeous 🤔The drink has a mild mouthfeel with just the right amount of umami and sweetness, with a nice spiciness towards the end 👍✨It goes down easy without getting tired of drinking 😚I felt it was a versatile sake that goes well with food 😊. The fourth one is white sesame noodles from nearby noodle shop Urutora. The fourth one is the white sesame pai ko noodle from nearby noodle shop Urutora 😀 It was a delicious and hearty ramen that will surely fill you up 😋.

The first sake I had was a bottle of Honjo from Murai, a local sake brewery that moved to Akita City 😋. The aroma is mild but slightly fruity😊The mouthfeel is round and smooth, with a gentle sweetness and umami flavor, but it has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink 😚👍✨This is a delicious sake that goes down smoothly 🥳. The fourth one is my first ramen in Akita, the Nanban Ramen from Ramen Shop AJ-Q. Different from other ramen stores around the country? 🤔The noodles are glutinous and chunky 😀 The soup feels thicker with a lot of black pepper, which is habitually delicious. I had a feeling that my blood pressure was going to go up, but I enjoyed it to the end 😘.

The aroma is calm and elegant 😊The soft and pleasant rice sweetness characteristic of Aizan in the mouth is perfectly balanced 😚👍A little sourness from the sweetness 😋The well-balanced bitterness in the second half envelopes the whole taste and it quickly cools down 🥰. The Aizan from Isoboam was the perfect way to end my business trip to Shizuoka ✨I will end my business trip to Shizuoka now😇. Next month will be the start of a new series of business trips🤣!
