I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei 🐢, a purchase from last year's Nagano business trip when I was in Ueda ✨😀😀.
The aroma is mild but refreshing like apple🍎😊The taste is mellow and juicy on the palate while the acidity is elegant and clean 😚👍The umami gently soars 😍@A year later, it was still a delicious Shinshu Kamerei🥳👍There were 2 more bottles of last year's limited edition in the fridge🤩.
This GW, we are planning to go to Kinugawa Onsen for 30 nights and Utsunomiya for 1 night 😀Please let me know if you have any good information 🙇♀️ thank you 🫡.
