(^▽^)o🍶🍶🍶🍶 GW's Tochigi Trip (5) On the way back from Nikko Toshogu Shrine, we visited the brewery, Watanabe Sahei Shoten. The sake is brewed with Tochigi Prefecture's sake rice, Yumesasara 😀. The aroma is soft and not too gorgeous 😊The taste in the mouth is elegant and beautifully sweet and umami 😋The aftertaste disappears smoothly and neatly 😚 It is a delicious sake 🥳. The fourth picture is pickled burdock root in tamari that I bought at the roadside station across from the brewery. It's just the right snack for sake 😇I should have bought more 😭.
