My daughter and wife went to Aomori and bought this for me.
I looked it up and found that it was described as "dry and light", but it had a lot of umami and the spiciness was just a little at the end, just the way I like it!

Today, I talked with my wife about drinking either Tasake's Comet or this one, and we played rock-paper-scissors, and if I won, I won with Shinshu Kamerei, and if she won, I won with Tasake's Comet, and we drank them backslash.
I learned about another great sake.
I have 3 more bottles left, so I will drink them when my grandson is born, at New Year's, and maybe on his birthday.

I haven't had a drink yet, but today I went to a small fish shop in Shonan and bought some tachio fish, horse mackerel, yellowtail, fresh shirasu, and barracuda, so I bought some sake, which I guess is a little spicy.
