Sake of this color is often available near February. I bought this kind today in the store's freezer because it was the only pink one they had. It must be sweet. Well, my wife likes it, so it's an end-of-year treat for her.

Today is my birthday. I lined up the sake I have on hand right now with Takachiyo as the centerpiece. It's kind of touching😊.

Happy Birthday, Mr. Onoda 🎉🎂 You have a very enviable lineup 😆. It looks like the drinks are saying "Happy Birthday" to you too 🤭.

Thank you~! I've never laid them out like this before. I've drank about 200 bottles in less than 2 years, but the pressure is great when they are lined up 😅

Thank you very much. Next year I will be in my 40's and somehow, I will be a grandfather. My parents are from Aomori, or it was something I was lucky enough to find.

Thank you very much. It's kind of fun to be in line, isn't it? It's hard to do that even though I think I should be careful not to drink too much 😏.

It is Sagaminada, which I have taken the liberty of deciding is my starting point. ...I do so because it was the first time I went to a sake brewery and bought it. How about this one? Is it mildly delicious? I am looking forward to it.

This was also a walk in the park. I had had a bottle of a different color, so I decided to buy it for the time being. I have 9 bottles, which is a little too many for my freezer. I think I'll let them stay in the vegetable compartment for a few hours.

I have not drunk it yet, but from Aomori. Three of the eight bottles in the freezer are Tazake. It's a fun time to think about when I'll drink it. But today, let's have Sakuta. I'll do that.

Out of 8 bottles, 3 of them are Tasake⁈ Such happiness exists in the world, doesn't it?

It is an occasional miracle. I have comets and autumn leaves, but on the other hand, timing is difficult. I'm not the kind of person who can drink on a regular basis, I'm a knuckle-dragging old man 🥲.

My daughter and wife went to Aomori and bought this for me. I looked it up and found that it was described as "dry and light", but it had a lot of umami and the spiciness was just a little at the end, just the way I like it!

Today, I talked with my wife about drinking either Tasake's Comet or this one, and we played rock-paper-scissors, and if I won, I won with Shinshu Kamerei, and if she won, I won with Tasake's Comet, and we drank them backslash. I learned about another great sake. I have 3 more bottles left, so I will drink them when my grandson is born, at New Year's, and maybe on his birthday. I will drink them ☺.

I haven't had a drink yet, but today I went to a small fish shop in Shonan and bought some tachio fish, horse mackerel, yellowtail, fresh shirasu, and barracuda, so I bought some sake, which I guess is a little spicy. I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the sea! I would be more satisfied if the food and sake went well together.

I drank some yesterday and thought it would go well with sashimi, so I will pair it with sashimi this evening. It is a pity that the price of sake has been on the rise recently, and such tasty and inexpensive sake is becoming less and less available. Salaryman, you can never have as much as you can afford (T_T) I'm sorry to hear that.
