The smooth, mellow mouthfeel with elegant sweetness and a beautiful aftertaste. The aroma makes you want to drink it in a wine glass. I was impressed by the delicate flavor that made my tongue learn that this is what good sake is all about. I have had this sake several times before, but now that I have put my impressions into words and started comparing the flavors on the app, I can say once again that Otters are delicious! It was designed to be sharp and dry like a Japanese sword, and has a freshness with a hint of fruitiness. Its refreshing ginjo aroma and lightness are impressive. When I said, "I have never seen this brand before," bouken-san said, "I have definitely seen it before," and I wondered where it was. I was wondering where it was, but I found it at Sumino, which I often go to. I reminded myself to take a closer look around next time. I wanted to buy some and compare them, but I was also told that it is a very delicate sake, which was helpful 💡.

Hi Yoohee 😊 I read on the menu of this sake at the restaurant that it was dry, but it was very easy to drink and delicious! Are you almost done with this offline post? Good luck! Next time😊I'm looking forward to it: ❣️

Good evening, Mr. Pon. ⭐︎ You're right, it was dry, but it was also quite sweet 💡. It's fun to post while remembering a month ago, but I'll have to break out of it soon or I'll have to force myself to bring in the kiliman, ugh... lol!

Good evening Mr. Yoohee 😃 I was impressed that bouken-san talked about only wholesaling to liquor stores with good quality control at the offline meeting 😊I could drink at the offline meeting and I want to drink at home... 😁.

I somehow saw Mimuro Cedar, but I don't drink it, so I decided to pick it out and try it. Everyone seemed to agree and said it had been a long time since they had had it, so I am glad I chose it. It's quite juicy and sweet, with a slight bitterness as it goes down. So I could enjoy it with meat dishes and cheese 🧀.

Mr. Gura chose this bottle because he had not seen many brands in the Kansai region. It is from a brewery in Akashi, but as bouken said, you may not see it very often in Osaka. I am glad that Gura-san was able to enjoy it, because it has a great umami taste, but it goes down smoothly.

After quickly drinking the Jikin, I was asked to share the Toyo Bijin I had ordered earlier. I've seen the Jundo Isshu series around a bit, but this was my first time to try the basic Toyo Bijin. It was surprisingly smooth and went quickly💧. The topic of conversation turned to Gura-san's wife, who had lived in Nagasaki for several years and was a frequent visitor herself. I was surprised that he knew the neighborhood of my parents' house 👀.

After all this time, I'm going to review the welcome party I held in Osaka last month for Mr. Gula 💡. I have some free time while traveling, so..., (I borrowed the photos from you all...) I was again a habitual latecomer, being 30 minutes late to the party, but after greeting Gura-san and being warmly welcomed by everyone, the first thing that came out was this✨. It was freshly opened and soaked into my empty stomach after a hard day's work. It's been a long time since I've had Jikin, and it was delicious 👍.

Yoohee-san, thank you for your hard work😄I think it's because the sake you drank is now, but the atmosphere with the people you drink with also affects the taste and sensation 🍶I could feel that it was delicious 🤤.

Kansai Sake-no-wa: Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura coming to Osaka The last drink of the first meeting. Actually, you can bring your own drinks to this restaurant 😆. We had LIBROM brought by Mr. Gura as the last drink 😊. It was full of sweet and sour amaurosis and the spicy cinnamon combined with the sweetness of the amaurosis was really delicious 😋. Thank you for the delicious drinks, Gula-san 🙏. We headed to Osaka station building to go to the after-party, but we lost Pon-chan and Umaisan on the way to the after-party 😅. We were refused to go to the pub in the basement of Osaka Ekimae Building because it was full, so we turned around again and went through the hotel area (🏩) and the dubious stores to find the venue for the after-party. To be continued

Kansai Sake-no-wa: Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura coming to Osaka The party was coming to an end, but I wondered if there would have been time to change seats if Mr. Sakeran was there 😁. I was curious about the Izumo Kojiya that Pon-chan and her friends had ordered, so we shared it (or did we exchange it?) and got it. I got it. My impression of it in the past was that it was very dry and dry sparkling nigori, but I was so drunk that my taste buds were bugged and I felt it was very sweet and delicious! I said it out loud 🤣. I am sure it is a delicious sake 😁. I think dry is the right word since Pon-chan's review and Menzhuoh's review on the same day and the most recent one say it's dry 🤪. I've had it dry in the past 😅. I don't have the courage to buy a 4 gou bottle to check it out, so I'll just buy a 300ml bottle like I did in the past 🤔. I've always wondered if this is a raw sake? I've been wondering for a while now, but I wonder if this is raw sake or not.

Kansai Sake-no-wa: Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura coming to Osaka It's been a long time since I've had Oroku. It was very rich. It has a complex taste with a graininess. It is a type of sake that is better as a cold sake or with food than on its own. I prefer the raw version of Ohroku to the hi-ire version. I've written the same thing in my past reviews, even if the BY is different. The name of the distributor is on this sake, and I'm convinced that it's the same place. I guess they probably buy all their sake from this store. They have one of the best selections in the Kansai region and are the exclusive distributor for Jyushidai and Shinmasa. It was not on the menu this time, though. I'm glad to know that my longtime question about whether Mr. Gura is a Yakult fan, Giants fan, or Lotte fan has been answered 😇.

Off-line meeting with Mr. KANSAI SAKE WAGURA coming to Osaka Pon-chan's table shared the sake they had ordered. I don't often drink sake because I see it so often. It has a juicy, delicious and beautiful flavor. Muscat type? It's soft and gentle, but I thought it was a strong, dark, sweet sake.
