It's been a long time since I've had Oroku. It was very rich.
It has a complex taste with a graininess.
It is a type of sake that is better as a cold sake or with food than on its own.
I prefer the raw version of Ohroku to the hi-ire version.
I've written the same thing in my past reviews, even if the BY is different.
The name of the distributor is on this sake, and I'm convinced that it's the same place. I guess they probably buy all their sake from this store. They have one of the best selections in the Kansai region and are the exclusive distributor for Jyushidai and Shinmasa. It was not on the menu this time, though.
