Maru-san, I was wondering about the sake that Yasube-san was drinking. It has a juicy flavor like a grapefruit, with a little bitterness. The acidity also accentuated the taste. Low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. After a few days, it seems to have an appleiness to it.

Hi bouken 🐦. I was curious too and asked Takatsu about it a week ago and they were sold out 😢This looks like it was very popular ❣️ And it still looks delicious😻

Hello bouken 😀 I'm relieved to hear that legendary bouken-san also said it was delicious😇. I really wanted to try the whole series, but all the varieties were already sold out 🤣.

Good morning, bouken: ☀️ I'm so glad you finally had a chance to try it 🙌. I'm relieved to hear you say it's delicious, just like Yasbay: 😮‍💨 When I get tired, I want to drink it 🤣.

Hi Ponchan ☀☀☀☀. I'm sorry you couldn't buy it, but with this flavor, I'm convinced it sold out early 👍It was very easy to drink and very tasty with low alcohol 😋.

Hi Yasbay, Hello ☀☀☀. There are so many varieties that it's hard to drink them all 😅. If they are well received, they might become a standard 😁.

Hi Maru-san ☀☀☀☀ Gobashi is my original favorite brand, so I had nothing but a sense of security and anticipation 😊. It also has a spodoli-ish atmosphere and I can see why you would want to drink it when you're tired 🤣.

I bought it because it was so delicious after drinking it at a Gifu sake event. It doesn't say it, but at the Gifu Sake event, it was called unfiltered raw sake. The brewery says so, so it must be so 😊. The aroma is already sweet and raises expectations 😁. It's like a burst of sweet juicy flavor on the palate. It has a fruity sweetness that is easy to understand 😋. There is a bitterness around the end? I think it's best when it's cooled down, because the higher the temperature, the less sweet and juicy it becomes and the spicier it feels.

I bought it because I had a good impression after drinking it at the Sake-1 Grand Prix and Mr. Matsuchiyo recommended the raw version 😁. I bought it at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They also sold Miyamanishiki and Aizan with Tsurubara yeast, but I thought this one was more to my liking in terms of specs! The top aroma is mild but gorgeous. In the mouth, it is slightly effervescent and fruity, with a very juicy sweet flavor. It tastes like grapes and apples. The end taste is moderately bitter. The impression is quite different from the fire-aged one I had at an event the other day and I really like it. I think the taste changes too much if you don't finish it within a day or two after opening. The sweetness has diminished and it has become bitter and spicy... I think Neemuchi would like this 🤔.

Good evening bouken🍶. I'm glad you liked it 😊. I wish the brewery could have brought the sake on draft instead of fire-aged for the Sake-1 Grand Prix🤔.

bouken, good evening 🌛I'm glad you asked for me 😁I'm not too impressed with sake-1, but if bouken says this is the type I like too, I'll have to buy it 🤣I'm going to go buy it soon 🚗💨.

Good evening, Yasbay 😃. All the alcohol here was in blue bottles, so I wonder if it's a cross between blue and blue for blue shimmer? I thought 🤔 Kayashima is only one transfer away from the nearest station, so it's surprisingly easier to get there than Sukuimasa 😁.

Hearing that there is a restaurant in Kayashima with a lot of Sakusaku, I paid a visit. I was surprised to see that there was also RIDE when I was excited to see Gohashi Z again for the first time in Yamaguchi! I bought it immediately without thinking! The sweetness and umami come with a bang and it is delicious 😋.

I bought this at Okuhiroya when I picked up the Tachiharu Asashibori at Gohashi. I was going to buy Masayo, but I decided to buy Tenryo sake Shiboritate, which I had been curious about for a long time 😁. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice popping sound. It has a thick, sweet and spicy taste with a gaseous sensation. The sweetness is moderate and the umami is strong. It is a little dry and mineral. It has a mysterious atmosphere that is both modern and classic. It also has a citrusy atmosphere, and the acidity is quite strong. I think the sweetness is more robust after the wine has been out of gas for about 5 days after opening.

A liquor store in Osaka started handling it this year, so I made a reservation and bought it. The glass has fine bubbles. Fresh, juicy, sweet and delicious. All Gobashi is consistently delicious. I think I prefer the usual Itsukashi though. When I drank Risshun Asa Shibori this year, Wakabisu tasted more memorable. I bought all the sake I could reserve as far as I could go, so I don't know what I'll do next year 🤔. I'll just have to buy Koshi or Sengoku.

Hi, this is Masayo Yukishita 🕺. I bought it at Okuhiro-ya while I made a reservation for Risshun Asa Shibori. It's the first time I've had it at home since I drank the one Masha-san brought at the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting. I thought it would be a sweet and delicious sake, but it has a nice crisp acidity and a nice sharpness. It is quite dry. Delicious, but I would have liked a little more sweetness 🤔.

The one I bought at Okuhiroya at the end of the year but missed the timing to open it. It's very fruity, but dry. Fruity but dry. Not too sweet, with a clean aftertaste and a slight bitterness at the end. I just need to drink some N to complete the bottle.... Great amount of bubbles when poured into a glass!

Purchased at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. I became interested in Tsushimaya because of Manachie's post 😊. This is my first Tsushimaya. The aroma is like a combination of alcohol and pineapple. The sweetness is calm. The taste is not clear, but it has a sense of transparency. The sweet flavor comes later. The aroma that passes through the nose is very fruity.

Purchased with Tenryo sake cup at Okuhiroya in Kayashima. They stocked it because it was well received at a Saga sake tasting event held for sake retailers. Probably not normally available in the Kansai region. The rice is made from Hokkaido's Kitashizuku. I know Nabeshima also uses Kitashizuku. It has a beautiful sake quality for the rice polishing ratio. There is a slight sweetness, but it is also slightly thin and heavy. It also has a nutty taste. It tastes like nothing else.

Tenryo sake cup after a long time. I bought it at Okuhiroya near Keihan Kayashima Station, the only Tenryo Sake distributor in the Kansai region. I only have a chance to buy Tenryo-bai at tasting sales in department stores, but they don't bring this kind of product. Okuhiroya's brands include famous brands such as Saku and Hanayuup. The rare ones are Tenryo Sake, Fusashimaya, Seikou, Nagaragawa, Goyuji, and Aizu Ryugasawa. There is also Katano Sakura, which is only available here, probably because of its proximity to the brewery. The rice is Koshi Ibuki. It has a heavy, rich, sweet flavor. A little bit gassy, maybe. The end is a bit bitter and spicy. It has been sitting in a liquor store for 6 months, but there is almost no sense of maturity. It tastes better than I expected. I bought another bottle of sake at Okuhiroya. It is from a small brewery in Saga.

I'm a little confused about the reaction to the age of exposure 😅. This is the first time I drink Aizu Ryu Gusawa at home. I bought it at Okuhiroya near Kayashima station in Neyagawa, the only distributor in Osaka. It has a heavy mouthfeel. It has a moderate sweet and savory taste with a vanilla-like nuance from the cough syrup in the second half. Not very Miyamanishiki like type. Even after drinking it again, it still feels like cough syrup... It's a sweet sake, but I don't like this atmosphere. I don't know what to call it, a chemical feeling... This seems to be the sweeter type in Ryugasawa.

They call it "Sakasabotan" because it is the opposite of the normal Shippotan sake. Because it is a test brewing, the number of bottles is small, only 100 cases of 4 gou and 60 cases of 300ml. It was in stock at a liquor store in Umeda, but I couldn't go there on Saturday, so I bought it at Okuhiroya near Keihan Kayashima station, which was open on Sunday. I bought 300ml because 4gou was already sold out. The aroma is very fruity. When you drink it, it's sweet, but not gorey sweet, just sweet. It's like cotton candy or syrup. It is very sweet by the standards of Shiba Botan. I didn't think that Shabotan would use CEL-24. Also, the only CEL-24 I haven't drunk is Bidyo. I wish Tosa Tsuru would follow this trend and release a CEL-24.
