I bought this bottle on a business trip to Okayama.
This is my first bottle of "Ishichi" Asahi rice, one of the brands that got me into the sake swamp.
It has a nutty, savory, full-bodied flavor with a strong impression of rice sweetness rather than a fruity sweetness 🤤.
I knew it!

It's my first time to try a special junmai 😳.
It has a mild aroma, but when you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the umami.
