Chiyoroku given to me by a friend.
It's my first time 🙌
It's a junmai daiginjo, but it's so refreshing and easy to drink 😆.
It has a moderate sweetness and a slight bitterness with a nice sharpness.
The alcohol content is 16%, but you don't feel it at all😅.
It was a very light summer sake 😆.
