Sake bought at a souvenir shop at Shinjo station when traveling in Yamagata Prefecture about a year ago. Drink before you forget It was fairly priced, but I can't help it if it's a 35% polished rice daiginjo. Tonight, I'm back at work after GW, but naturally I'm not very excited 🥴. This one is brewed with Dewa Sanzu and Kyokai No. 6 yeast. The aroma is mild without being showy. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. The taste is very pleasant with the strong acidity of triple the koji, and it is easy to drink. It is not white koji, but it reminds me of a certain cat sake 😺.

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one to accompany my dinner of kochi and kampachi sashimi and squid cod roe 💁. La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle. When I poured a glass of chilled sake, it had the usual mild uri aroma, a beautiful acidity, a little sweetness and citrusy flavor like Pocari, and the second half was a mix of astringent, bitter, and spicy flavors. It can be served alone or as a mealtime drink. I'm going to try the "Murasame" that some of the connoisseurs in the area are trying later 🙌

"Founded in 1878, a sake brewery in the north that brews dreams." Hokuto Zuisho, a product handled in a liquor store is more mellow than that drunk in a store. It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. The drink menu consisted mainly of wine, but there was also sake on the menu, and Naozane was recommended as a mid-meal drink. Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍

This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink. It has a slight peach and lactic acid flavor. I think it is one of the most delicious alcoholic sake.

Makuake's Kurafan "Don't Stop #Noto's Sake!" The second bottle of returned goods: ☺️ This sake is made with rice "Ishikawamon" from Noto, which survived the disaster, and Kanazawa yeast grown in-house by Yoshida Sake Brewery, and is made with Yoshida Sake Brewery's specialty, low al at 13 degrees C. The sake has a fresh, gassy taste (at a cloudy white level when poured).
