I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

I bought this at Kumamoto station on a recent trip to Kyushu. I asked the shopkeeper for a recommendation and he recommended this one. 🍶. This is my first time to try Kumamoto sake 😊. It is light on the palate, well balanced and easy to drink 🍶😊. This sake is only sold in the prefecture, so I guess I was lucky to come across it? I only had a taste of it today, so next time I will enjoy it while savoring it 😅🍶.

At home. This is the first time I've had sake from Hokkaido. I thought that Hokkaido's sake was more alcoholic, but it was completely different. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

I opened a bottle of "Hokuto Zuisho", a souvenir from my recent business trip to Hokkaido, which I purchased at a liquor store in Kitami called "Mayanagi Sake Shop"! My business trip was via Sapporo, Obihiro, Kushiro, Nemuro, Abashiri, and Kitami (Memanbetsu Airport) on my way home. Naturally, I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) on the way, but I decided to limit myself to sake from Hokkaido, so I had a bottle of Nemuro's "Kita no Katsu Shiboritate" in Kushiro. I asked for a recommendation for sake from Hokkaido and was recommended "Kaminokawa Taisetsu". However, I had drunk it some time ago, and after much deliberation, I chose "Hokuto Zuisho," which I had never heard of, and it turned out to be the right choice. It is a beautiful, well-balanced sake with a slightly sweet, fragrant, and crisp taste. It is made from Hokkaido rice, with a rice polishing ratio of 45% and an alcohol content of 16%. Delicious!
