Purchased on a trip to Kochi Ehime Roadside Station, 4th bottle 🍶 This is my second time! I had a 300ml bottle last time and it was delicious. This sake tastes best at room temperature or higher 😋 This flavor is not so common. I enjoyed it again 🍶.

Junmai Ginjyo Genshu, Sakurahime. Amazing simplicity! No clutter, soft peachy sweetness, no acidity, little ginjo flavor, and a rapid cut that remains unchanged from the start of the drink. A delicious sake that is very easy to drink. It seems to go well with all kinds of food.

Shirokawago at last year's Ogimachi Park event!
When I showed him a picture of the daiginjo I had, he was surprised that it was a rare sake 😳.
Ehime is quite deep in the mountains and there seems to be no public transportation.
Ichisan Sake Shop seems to carry it too!

I was looking forward to it because I heard it was delicious beforehand.
The sweetness and umami are both well expressed.
In a good sense, the impression of this sake is different from the image on the label.

The booth of "Jogawago" in Ehime.
It seems to be a small family-run brewery, and they said they are having a hard time. The whole family was at the event again, and they all looked very much alike.
◉Crossing the ridge
The sake was +1, but it had a strong sweetness and umami, with a caramel sauce feel. It smelled like caramel popcorn. Yamadanishiki, Shizuku Ehime, Ehime Ikume 71. 15.3% alcohol by volume.
◉Jojogawago Junmai Daiginjo
The mouthfeel is clear and smooth. It has a sweet umami flavor that is not too floral, and is also delicious. Shizuku Ehime. Alcohol 15.7%, Sake level -2.
◉Jokogawa-go Ginjo-shu
A clear, crisp sake with a strong bitter aftertaste. Yamadanishiki. 15.5% alc. Alcohol 15.5%, Sake meter value +2.
Jogawago Daiginjo
Another clear and refreshing sake. A little dry, a little bitter. Yamada Nishiki. Alcohol 15.8%, Sake meter +2.
Shizuku Ehime
A little low at 13.6% alc. Shizuku Ehime. Sake meter value +3.
Only junmai sake is available on draft anytime I visit the brewery.
The sake from this brewery was also good.

It is very soft and has a strong sweetness.
It has a dry taste and can be heated up to a fairly hot temperature.
The weak point is that it seems to be hard to buy as it is made by a very small sake brewery!
