Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

(- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.

This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. The official site has disappeared, and it looks like the company has been sold. It would be nice if the company that bought it would let it reopen... Fateful encounter with a guess sake 😊. We had it at the place where we stayed during our training 🍶. The first day of opening the bottle. The appearance is beautiful with a warm, light cloudy appearance. The aroma is soft and fresh, with a hint of sweetness. It is accompanied by a gentle woodiness, an astringency like grape skins, and a fresh sweetness like freshly cut pears. The whey aroma creates softness. The rice aroma is soft, with a hint of white dumplings. The firm sweetness of the rice spreads with a soft acidity. There is no sense of overdoing it at all, and the juiciness is extremely modest. From there, the flow of umami, which gives a good sense of fullness, disappears with a light stimulation that passes through to the nose. The lingering aftertaste is a sense of looseness that lingers on the nose and a beautifully tightened astringent taste on the tongue. The third day after opening the bottle. The aroma has not changed much. On the palate, in addition to the sweetness with a clear rice flavor, there is a refreshing acidity that spreads quickly. Last year, I bought a LOW HIGH WHO from here because it was so good 😘. The aroma is mild, sweet and lactic acidic. The mouthfeel is mainly sweet and refreshing, the acidity and richness of Yamahai appear softly in the middle, and the finish and aftertaste are again very beautiful. It is the most recommended brand this year among the newcomers. It is even more refined than last year. Perfect for my chanteuse 🤗.
