Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

(- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.

At home. This sake is often introduced in Sake no Wa. I've been curious about it for a while now, and finally got around to buying it. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound and bubbles appeared when I poured it into the glass. When I poured it into the glass, bubbles appeared.

This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. Fateful encounter with a guess sake 😊. We had it at the place where we stayed during our training 🍶. The first day of opening the bottle. The appearance is beautiful with a warm, light cloudy appearance. The aroma is soft and fresh, with a hint of sweetness. It is accompanied by a gentle woodiness, an astringency like grape skins, and a fresh sweetness like freshly cut pears. The whey aroma creates softness. The rice aroma is soft, with a hint of white dumplings. The firm sweetness of the rice spreads with a soft acidity. There is no sense of overdoing it at all, and the juiciness is extremely modest. From there, the flow of umami, which gives a good sense of fullness, disappears with a light stimulation that passes through to the nose. Last year, I bought a LOW HIGH WHO from here because it was so good 😘. The aroma is mild, sweet and lactic acidic. The mouthfeel is mainly sweet and refreshing, the acidity and richness of Yamahai appear softly in the middle, and the finish and aftertaste are again very beautiful. It is the most recommended brand this year among the newcomers. It is even more refined than last year. Perfect for my chanteuse 🤗.
