Tonight, I'm dropping my second bottle of the first series as well🤗.
This is Yaemon from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery out of Kitakata, Fukushima ✨.
The nose is clean, fruity and citrusy. The first sip has a clean, fruity, citrusy aroma with a hint of green banana sweetness and a dry, crisp finish. It is perfectly suited for a mealtime sake. The rice is undisclosed, but I imagine it to be Gohyakumangoku or Yumenokou, and I like the taste.
